damaged due to pure negligence and poor packaging
we recieved this refrigerator today and the bottom of the box was not intact, when removing the fridge from the box it was crushed on two of the top corners. when trying to get a refund for the item, they did not offer a refund for the full amount we spent. would not recommend. we had read reviews that said it arrived damaged but also saw reviews for ones that arrived jn perfect condition but the amount of damage on this item is absolutely absurd.

    So upset this came damaged. I read reviews that this happened but I didn't believe it. I cannot return it because it is to heavy for me to put in my car. I haven't plugged it in yet so I'm hoping it's at least functional.

    Think before you purchase!
    Two issues. 1. arrived with a dent in the door and 2. one day after purchase, the same unit was reduced in price by $96.

    Gov-ex shipping' is lame!!!
    Not sure if I like fridge or not yet because I opened package and seen this. I am however impressed with the size of this Barbie pink fridge, seems fairly fancy other than the packaging/GOV-EX SHIPPING COMPANY! Anyways cools bear so I'm over all please once my replacement fridge gets here anyways!
