Fast shipping and powerful unit.
I was shopping around for a window ac for a bit lately just looking around and pricing units and then my GE A.C. (10,000 BTU) which I purchased from Walmart a few years ago and it happen to just half drop dead, the fan stop spinning and then kicked back in for that night. After shopping around for another unit (and thank goodness that following days were cooler) and stumbled upon this unit and for the extra 20 buck it was worth it BTU wise, it cooled down the bedroom in quick order and maintained it at the temp of 73 on Eco mode while there has been high heat and mega humidity in the NYC area as of late. I received the unit in less then two days which was great on how fast they were able to ship it out and get it to me.

Less than a year...
I bought this in July 2020. It stopped working near the end of June 2021. It turns on, but it doesn't blow cold air. I've cleaned the filter and I don't know what else to do. Such a bummer. We had it for less than a year, and we only used it during summer, so it lasted for maybe 4 months of use. Now we're frying in the Pacific Northwest heat wave. I did a ton of research on window units before buying this, and now I regret the purchase. I can't find any warranty or troubleshooting info, and I wish I'd gone with a different brand. :(

    YOU GUYS REALLY JUST DELIVERED A DAMAGED AIR CONDITIONER PAID ALOT OF MONEY AND COULDN'T WAIT TO USE IT LOOKS LIKE ITS BEEN USED AND DAMAGED. I JUST GOT WITHIN LAST 5 MINUTES. FIRST THE FEDEX GUY PUTS IT ON MY PORCH SIDEWAYS AMD BOX ALL BEAT UP!! YOU DON'T TURN APPLIANCE ESPECIALLY WITH FREON ON ITS SIDE IM REALLY AGGRAVATED THIS IS HOW IT WAS DELIVERED.     Arrived Damaged
    I ordered this Frigidaire A/C unit earlier this month. I thought the price was decent. However, upon opening the box that it came in I discovered that the unit arrived damaged (see the photos). The box did not show any signs of being damaged so I am going to assume that the unit was packaged and sold already damaged, but I don't know for sure. I guess it could have happened during shipping and the box just didn't show it. Either way I am not happy with the purchase as I thought I was buying a brand new unit with no damage. I did plug it in and tested to make sure it was working and everything seemed to be in working order. I will only be able to truly test when it gets hotter out, I hope it works good as it is replacing a smaller unit that couldn't keep up with the room size. The features on this unit are nice. I'm giving it 2 stars for features and price although can't go higher because of damage.

    Great for my house 2 kids that love the fact that is keeping them cool, cleans the air and minimal sound. My 5 years old is very excited every time I turn it on

    Well started off great got it about 4 months ago. Last month an a half been getting sick and my baby. Bad sick covid neg. Looked inside where the fan is and it is filly g with mold. Never had an AC do this to me, ever. Thinking this is why we are stay really sick

    Easy to install & operate, all the features less the Wifi. This unit cools great in triple digit temperatures. Has humidity mediation function & manual fresh air vent. Auto function works well at maintaining a comfortable house. Energy saver function reduces run time when not at home. Quieter than other pricier brands. Well done Frigidaire!

    Great air conditioner
    This air conditioner it's magnificent simply i love it. Making the room very cool, it confortable, no louder, easy to use very sensitive. Yo can program at what time tur on and what time tur off. It's the perfect partner vs the hot days. BUT I NEED TO MAKE A UPGRADE I NEED TO TRY THE AIR CONDITIONER WHIT HEATER TOO. This is a highly recommended product.     Happy, but annoyed
    I'm happy to have received the a/c earlier than what was noted on my receipt page. However, getting it with a major "ding" in the back did not make me happy. I wish I had bought it from Amazon for the same price. They would've definitely given me a credit. I don't see Walmart doing that. This is the second big item I've bought from Walmart that came damaged, although the box didn't have any damage whatsoever. I just don't get it. One point taken off for not being in pristine condition.
