Awesome product and customer service!
This bathtub is a must in our household- easy to store, to clean and it grows with our baby. She's now 6 months old and having so much fun in the seat function of the hammock. I also want to give two thumbs up to customer service that is no fuss and very quick with support. The lifetime warranty makes it a great investment! First my hammock ripped , and I received another and later, the bathtub hook broke and again they sent me a brand new one so quickly! Love all Frida products

Moldy hammock
I purchased this tub for my baby in September 2022, right before she was born. I should have read reviews before purchasing. The hammock does not dry well, and is moldy. I contacted Frida Customer support, and they responded quickly, and said they will send another hammock in 7-10 days. I do not advise first time parents to purchase this tub. Not worth the money and headache of ensuring your baby is not bathing on a moldy hammock. Frida needs to revisit with the Research and Development team a better material that is waterproof and does not mold.

    Decent tub.
    It's ok. The first one we got the plugs leaked no matter what we did. Customer service was AWESOME though, and immediately sent us a new one once we provided videos that it was leaking. The insert isn't great for newborns, but it is removable, so I just took it out and added a bath seat that works better.

    Baby MAT stain REMOVER
    Bought this tub for my baby boy. Been using it since he was born. I have everything from Frida they are the best !!!! He is 5 months old and the tub got a bit of stains could be mold i don't know ….. TIPS ON HOW TO REMOVE STAINS …. Use baby soap and baby bottle brush because it's gentle on the rubber scrub scrub scrub and it goes away

    Leakage
    The first one we had leaked from one of the drain plugs. I contacted the company and they told me that could be normal as meant to be put in tub when used. I don't agree. Drain plugs should not allow any water to leak until pulled. They replaced and new one is perfect.

    I bought this last week. My 6 month old has gone through so many baths. We couldn't find & settle on one that worked for him as he's so squirmy. This bath secures him properly and it's deep enough as well. I can't say enough good things!

    We love this tub but one downfall
    We were gifted this bathtub from our registry and ABSOLUTELY LOVE it. Our baby was a premie and once she was able to take baths she got perfectly in the first position. And now at 6 months she refuses to let us switch her to the sitting up position because she loves to lounge back and relax haha. The only downfall is the sling part is molded. We take it completely off the tub to dry after each bath. We clean it with a vinegar spray that I use to clean the bathroom. We don't want to use harsh chemicals and we looked at just buying the I sent but found out you can't. Does anyone have any advice or did this happen to anyone else?!

    Ok tub
    I like the different positions with this tub and the structure is very stable and seems to work well. The sling though is not great. Had mold spots after only a few weeks of use and though I clean it regularly, I haven't been able to get rid of mold.

    Could be great, but impossible to keep clean
    We love the design of this tub and the different positions for baby! But after just a few uses, our sling started to have mold spots, despite following all the cleaning instructions. I wrote to FridaBaby about this, and they sent a replacement sling. This is the new sling after only two uses, again following all cleaning guidelines. I'm not longer comfortable using this to bath my 3 month old for health and safety reasons.

    Mold! Waste of Money!
    I registered for this bathtub while pregnant with son and wish so badly I never did. Knowing that one of my loved ones spent their hard earned money on a bathtub that would grow mold without a month of use highly upsets me. Within the first month of my sons life the tub seat had already grown mold due to the seat never drying correctly. We tried everything to clean it and nothing worked. I hate to leave a review like this for a Frida product because we think highly of frida products but this is truth and everyone should be aware of this product.
