Great but not completely accurate
This is a great "toy" to just play around with. It is not real accurate as far as pitching goes but for fielding and just catching balls it's great. My son uses this for fielding and has another machine for hitting only.

Nope
Even though it is not expensive this is more of a toy than a tool to help improve a 7 year old in baseball. Will be returning it.

    it's a wild card
MIGHT be useful for fielding. other than that this thing sucks. we tried on all settings and there is NO way to get it to consistently pitch to one spot. this thing would come in at the ankles and then 6 feet in the air on soft toss. (or any other setting) some times it would spit out 2 balls at once. wildly inaccurate. regretting my purchase. maybe we can use it solely for catching but that's not why we bought it.

i sent this back because while it did throw plastic balls, you never knew where the balls would drop. it might be 25 feet from the machine, then the next 24 and the next 21. No two pitches delivered to the same spot

    OKish
The machine is ok for my 7yrs old since he can practice fly balls as well as ground. However, the machine takes a long time between pitches and every kid loses Iran patient easily when not constantly busy plus it only holds 6-balls. For just quick backyard practice, I'd say it's ok. For more serious practice or an older kid like my 12yrs old, go to the batting cage instead.

    Good product for the money.
Pitches are a little inconsistent, but is great batting & fielding practice for my 5 &7 yr old grandsons. Being a machine they can operate, they were less bored with practicing. They think its pretty cool to go into the garage, bring it out and set it up themselves and bat or chase pop ups. Beats the heck out of electronic pads & TV.

    Great for little sports fans!
This was a great toy for my grandson! He loves to play baseball, but sometimes his brothers and sister are too busy to throw him the ball to practice hitting!

    For the price-AWESOME
Easy to put together and put right to use. Christmas afternoon we were fielding pop flies and having batting practice. Only concern, we wish the legs clicked into place so they stayed with the machine easier!
