    Actually decreased my preformance
    I have tried this two night in a row due to pre mature ejaculation and I took the first night a half hour before bed and the second time a jour before bed and both time I actually lost my erection inside my wife and she told me it didn't even feel Like we had sex.

    Didn't provide the umph I was expecting.
