It was mostly easy to assemble except for the pedals. Those took a bit of trial and error to get on. Bike is wonderful to ride (better than the treadmill I had that put too much stress on my knees) and super quiet. Takes up the same space as the treadmill I had, so no extra space needed. Love the heartrate monitor sensors in the handlebars. Should be a great way to get started and keep me on my weight loss journey!

Like my Bike but was charged 89 dollars twice for Handyman Services. Contacted Customer Service who notified me I would receive a Refund in 24-48 Hours and I am still waiting.

    HLAiLL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
    A 1 star rating is too high for this seller and this product. I received the packaged torn in several areas. The machine was defective. The monitor could not be attached because the sensor cables and pulse wires do not match to the other cables. The adjustment knob at the front is too small it does not work in order to adjust the seat (the adjustment knob at the back was the correct knob). I contacted Walmart via email. They contacted the seller to try to resolve the issue first. Walmart stated if they did not resolve the issue then they would. I emailed my issues and photos of the defective product to both Walmart and the seller Hlaill. The seller responded with instructions on how to install the adjustment knob and stated the following: "How about we send you a new electronic watch? Have a good day!" I responded and cc Walmart they were not understanding the issue the adjustment knob was too small, they didn't address the monitor with the wrong cables, and I declined their offer of the electronic watch. I stated to send me a shipping label I would be returning the product and expecting a full refund. Walmart immediately responded emailed me the shipping label with instructions. 9 hours later from the seller they emailed me stating "Could you please keep the product? How about we give partial refund to you as a compensation and you try to fix the item ?" Their response was ludicrous to me. They were asking me to keep a product at half price that is defective and unsafe to use and to fix it myself. I don't know how they were not able to comprehend the product was defective and I was sending it back. If they would of offered me a replacement of the either a complete new bike or replacement of the defective parts I would of accepted it, but they never made the offer. Whomever supervises their customer service and resolution action plans should reevaluate the correspondence between their staff and the customer. THANK YOU WALMART CUSTOMER CARE FOR STAYING IN THE LOOP THE WHOLE TIME AND RESOLVING THE ISSUE!!!!

    I have to say I am so happy with this bike.
    It arrived on time and I'm getting ready to start my third workout on it. It was easy to put together (less than an hour) and the instructions were easy to understand. It is quiet. Like basically silent and I love that. It is very easy to put together, super comfortable, has great resistance levels, and folds up tiny. Removing weather as a psychological barrier to exercise has been so amazing. So far I have no complaints.

    Assembly was pretty easy, all said and done in about 20-30 minutes. The wheels on the bottom front are a little useless, but the stability is good. For reference, I am 5'8" about 160 lbs and it suits me pretty well. Knees don't hit the handle bars and I'm able to get full extension when pedaling. I read all the reviews about having pedal issues or breaking after a month or two, so I am reserving judgement for a minute, but so far I have been very happy with the purchase. I've used it 3 times in the last 4 days and have been satisfied with it. Collapsing and opening is done with a single pin, so that is pretty easy too.

    PROS: Quiet, Doesn't rock, Sturdy/tight, great device included for monitoring stats/heart rate etc. the only CON: It's pretty tough to get on and off, I'm average height/weight. All in all, I'm glad I bought this because it's worth the money and gets the job done.

    I got this bike in January of 2021 and I've been in love with it ever since. I had the bike for close to 6 months when one of the pedals wouldn't screw back into the crack, I thought I was SOL until I was able to get ahold of the manufacturer and they replaced the ENTIRE bike for me for free! The one I had before is blue and gray, but the replacement one they sent me is sleek blue and black with an updated monitor! I seriously couldn't have asked for more. Thank you again!     This exercise bike was easy to unbox,,,,very easy to assemble ,,,,and works like a dream . It is whisper quiet,,,,literally,,,,,it’s completely silent,,,,,and the magnetic resistance works like a charm . You can adjust from practically no resistance,,,to a good deal of effort to pedal,, with a few clicks . It is a little difficult to move on carpet,, when putting away,after folding up,,,,but that is no problem really. The seat could use at least one more adjustment hole for anyone that likes to keep their seat low . All in all,,,,a great product .

    I have back, knee and hip problems that don't allow for walking-I'm 65. My doc said I need to exercise and to get stationary bike as I drive for my job. This bike is easy to put together, super quiet. I'm using it for as much exercise as I can, not endurance or speed riding. Very happy with this purchase.
