The shower bench was easy to assemble sturdy.
The shower bench was easy to assemble and very sturdy. It was just what I needed after my total knee replacement in my bathtub.

missing pieces/very poor instructions
Horrible, there are pieces missing, pieces included that aren't even shown on instructions. tried reaching out to email on instructions but have been ignored.

    Disappointed
    Absolutely impossible to put together! The instructions are just two photos with arrows pointing all over the place. Also was missing several washers and screw particularly the two screws that hold the back on. Very disappointed.

    Incorrect parts, no response from manufacturer.
    Product was damaged and had incorrect parts such that it was unstable and unsafe to sit on. The manufacturer never responded to requests for support. Walmart customer service was helpful though!
