Find others -
These are really slippery, they dont stay on your legs as ones I have used in past, I feel these are more for men then women. They are also a wider circle then others -I have to keep tension on at all times for it not to slide down.

    Increased my workout
    As I just joined a new workout facility I was in need of resistance bands in order to participate in several of the classes. The gym sells their own branded sets....for over $30! This set actually has identical functionality to the expensive branded set. I have used it multiple times. Each color offers a different level of resistance and Really like the carry pouch to keep it organized.
