I would recommend this
I upgraded from my Fitbit Charge 2 to the Fitbit Sense. I love how customizable it is and all the information on it. It comes with a 6 month trial of Fitbit premium I'm looking forward to using. Battery life is less than advertised but I think that because I've been using it a lot. The silver lining to the battery life it that it's super quick to charge. (In the picture: I bought a replacement band and the clock face is one I downloaded to match the band. It intentionally looks glitchy)

Hardly lasted past the one year warranty mark
The strap on the watch came apart at the 6 month mark. I got replacement straps off Amazon but they only lasted a couple days too. Then, the watch wouldn't turn on anymore after having it for a total of about 13 months.

    This is not an upgrade.
    Ive had the device less than week and it needs to be charged again, not only that ine of the prongs on the charger is stuck so I cant even charge it... I got this to upgrade from a cheaper smartwatch I am very disappointed.

    So not happy!
    Bought this item as a birthday gift about a month early. Receiver already had one, didn't want second one. I tried to return to get my money back, since I had ordered it over 14 days prior, NO RETURN OR REFUND! Even though it had never been opened!! It looks just like it came off the shelf! No compromise or anything, just NO RETURN! Buyer beware...

    not worth the money
    i would not reomend this watch if you plan on using it for the ECG. since i have had it i only get inconclusive results. i have 3 normal sinus rhythm and 2 afib readings. evrything else works well.

    Watch is great but watch band is horrible
    I love the watch, but the band broke my wrist out so bad that it was almost unbearable, I had to immediately purchase a new leather band. Apparently it is a huge problem because there was instructions in the box on what to do if it broke out your write, that did not work. I would suggest purchasing a band when you buy the watch.

    Not worth the money
    1. Sensors can be inaccurate. 2. Charger has a known manufacturer defect. 3. Most personal features are behind a subscription pay wall. This thing has some major problems, step counter isnt very accurate. sleep sensor is hit or miss. Im disabled and only use the stairs 2 times a day but most days my sense says ive climbed 6 to 9 sets of stairs which i know is wrong with no way to correct the errors. The charger is the major killer of this device. it uses 4 pin magnetic charger. the pins tend to stick in the chargers holes and wont make contact with the watch and it can't be repaired. im on my 3rd charger in 7 months. a quick internet search will reveal that this is a known problem and fitbit refuses to acknowledge it just send you a new charger that does the same thing 2 months later. $300 is way too much for the quality your getting.

    Amazing upgrades
    I went from Versa 2 to this fitness tracker. So far I love it. Had to believe more features could be added but they did it. Easy operation and lightweight and with the sales it makes a perfect gift. It is not as web driven as an Apple Watch but most important things I can do. The crazy battery life made it a hands down choice for me. My only complaints is either the sleep tracker calibration or something is off but I don't know between the two devices what one is most accurate yet. I also wished it came with an elastic athletic band (more universal and extremely comfortable) as opposed to the traditional sport band (they break me out). They did change how you change the bands on this style, no more watch band pins. It is a quick disconnect set up now. Hands down performance, style, battery life, plus additional features being both android and iPhone friendly, I don't see how it could be beat. I customized mine. Tons of accessories are already available.

    Defective unit, Fitbit sending a new one
    The one we received did not work. You could not swipe in any direction. My husband contacted Fitbit and since it is under warranty they are sending a new one. So hopefully the next one we received will work. We have used Fitbit products in the past and liked them so hopefully the new Fitbit will arrive soon. Disappointed that right out of the box there was an issue but Fitbit customer service was responsive.

    perfect product, poor shipping
    exactly as described. however, shipping took 3-4 days not next day. so be prepared to wait for it. but all in all, it does exactly what i need it to do.
