My favorite go to rake
Fiskars Fiberglass Metal Leaf Rake Is the perfect rake for most needs. It is very light and has a great grip position for all your raking needs. I love the feel of the fiberglass handle and the bolted on head with the metal tines. This is built to last and you will not have to worry about the head flying off while you rake. This metal head is stiff enough to take up the dead grass from the yard in the spring, yet flexible enough to pull twigs, leaves and wet grass into a pile and not pulling out the green grass. The head and handle are well balanced so you can pick up piles of yard debree without dumping the stuff all over the place. The cross bar on the head keeps it stable even when raking or lifting heavy piles. I also love how easy it is to store this rake. Flip it around tines up and you can hang it on one simple nail. I think this is now my favorite rake.

    Very durable and Lightweight
    The Fiskars Fiberglass Metal Leaf Rake is very Lightweight. I have another plastic regular one around the same size and you can tell the difference between the two. It is durable and sturdy, and very good at getting deep down leaves between the grass without any damage to the lawn. With the fiberglass handle this makes it much more comfortable than my other rake, so using this for a longer period of time did not blister my hands. it is great for raking and moving large piles of leaves and picking them up to put them in a trash bin. I also left it laying down in the backyard getting wet by my sprinklers and even scorched by the sun and it did not even rust up. Although the metal did get hot, much hotter than my wooden handle rake but is expected in 110 degree heat. I am very satisfied with this one and it has became my go to rake when it comes to lawn care.

    High quality solid metal rake
    This rake is made to high quality. It is solid but it also has the flexibility in its metal to get the job done well. The handle is the perfect size for a good grip. I used this to clean out some brush and worked with it for nearly three hours without getting blisters.

    The Fiskars Fiberglass Metal Leaf Rake is a great leaf rake. The feel of the handle is light but I can tell that it will last quite a long time. The handle is made of fiberglass not plastic or wood. I have had many plastic and wood handled lawn leaf rakes and they usually fall apart where the handle connects into the rake itself. The handles tend to split but with this rake the rake part is bolted onto the handle. The rake is made of metal not plastic. I will never purchase another plastic tine rake again. They break so easy. With this rake I can pick up pieces of limb and lawn debris without any problems and I can pick up quite large piles of wet leaves. The metal/steel is powder-coated which will help to prevent rust. Another added plus in my book. I have added pictures to show just how well this rake is made. I will definitely purchase another Fiskars Rake as this one is just not enough for my yard. This rake is as great as the Fiskars brand has always been in scissors and other items. I definitely recommend this rake to any and everyone.

    Fiskars makes great rakes!
    I am writing this review on the Fiskars Fiberglass Metal Leaf Rake. I really like this Fiskars rake. It is super lightweight and durable at the same time. I love the fiberglass handle. It is very light compared to my older wood handled rake. And there is no worrying about getting slivers from the handle as it ages, unlike wood handles. The rubber handle is comfortable and the overall length is a little longer then my previous one, giving me more reach. I will definitely be buying more Fiskars yard and garden tools! I highly recommend this rake!

    Quality Made Leaf Rake
    The Fiskars metal rake arrived in a over sized shipping box that had cosmetic damage on the outside. The rake fan head was covered with bubble wrap and plenty of paper packing material no physical damage to the rake once the box was opened. The fan shape design of the rake seems functional and highly durable. The handles are made of fiberglass that was factory powder coated a solid black color. The handle measures 51" long. It has a 7 1/2" orange colored foam hand grip cushion located on the top of the handle. It would be more comfortable if there was a second foam cushion hand grip positioned on the middle of the handle for better stability. Since the handle is made of fiberglass even with wearing gloves on my hands they keep slipping downward on the handle. The height of the handle does seems to be a little shorter than my last metal leaf rake I have used before. The rake tines are made of quality metal that was factory powder coated solid dark gray color for long term use. The tines measure 23" W X 13" H. The bottom of the tines are curved inward for holding more debris. The spacing between each tine varies from 1" or smaller. The tines are flexible enough to sweep leaves, grass, pine needles and stiff enough to stand up to twigs. The handle and fan tines are solidly attached with a bracket made of stainless steel and cast iron. It also has a screw, bolt and a double extended steel brace that hooks to the tine bar located on the back of the rake head. Fiskars offers more styles of rakes and other indoor and outdoor gardening products. The rake is made in China, Fiskars has a full lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.

    Awesome Rake!
    This is a very nice rake. Everything is just as advertised! It says it is lightweight as it is fiberglass and that is so true! It is very well balanced (much more so than a plastic or heavy metal rake would be). I also appreciate that the powder coasted steel will resist rust. The metal tines work GREAT on leaves and to help keep mulch in its proper place after storms. I really, really appreciate that the bolted on head is reinforced as my last rake saw its last day with duct tape on it for this reason. My first job was on leaves (our one tree keeps its fall leaves all winter so that we have to rake in the spring); it did great- even with a high volume of leaves. The next job we asked of this rake was to corral our mulch. Our beds do not have stone edging so with the first downpour, a bunch of our newly laid mulch ran onto the lawn. This rake was the perfect solution! Popped all the mulch right back up onto the flower beds with ease. We have guys who cut our lawn and deal with the cut grass clippings, but I am sure this rake would be up to the task of raking grass clippings too!!

    well made and light weight
    this metal leaf rake was just the thing I was needing to rake up all the extra clumps of grass in my yard. I like to collect the grass clippings to throw in my compost bin. this rake was able to move big piles of wet grass with no problem. it is super light weight so I don't get tired carrying it around my yard. It is sturdy enough, that I am able to carry the grass on the metal teeth to my bin. it is also great to move around the mulch I just got to go in my garden beds. it is nice to know it has a lifetime warranty, though I don't see it breaking anytime soon, love this rake, it has made my life a little more easier!

    A take that will last!
    This rake is all metal— treated metal, at that! I can already tell it is going to last me a long time, if not indefinitely. Upon arrival, it came in a really massive box, so that was a bit much, and some of the prongs were warped (see picture), but overall this is a quality rake and I am pleased to have it. It has a nice design to it, and is a new twist on the old school metal rakes that we've all used at one point or other. Unlike those old metal rakes, this fiberglass metal is not going to bend too easily. I actually struggled to try to fix the warped prongs and it was quite difficult, so that's actually a fairy good thing. Probably got a bit crushed in shipping. They could work on the packaging part. Other than that, I have only positive things to say about this rake. This will be a forever rake.
