I like the toy. And grand baby doll loves it . So that hassle it was to get the toy. We are very happy with toy. Just not the customer service . It was awful service. The door dash is really was awful. And customer service rep that answers the phone. Please individuals that can speak American clearly. They dont understand what u saying it be such a hassle over the phone. But thanks For finally hitting us the toy.

Hi Good Morning I am all the way from Trinidad I got the item rip and my baby wanted to play with the toy badly,however awaiting on your response I had no choice other then to stitch it myself,I am very much disappointed because everyone has been talking about Walmart and to know that I'm a first time customer and I got a damaged item.I was not going to make it aware but it's when i see my item damaged I had was to make my plee.

    Why do they call her Sis?
    The fur looked (just) a little old when I first got it. But then I looked at the photo online. That's the way the fur is made. Nice toy. Two different levels of sound. I would recommend it.
