I'm going to start off and say that I have really bad acid reflux and this made it 10 times worse,even with medicine.I was in constant pain. Stomach cramps, gassy and bloated after taking these. I don't reccomend these at all.

    After taking this and reading people comments I must say some people do not read the label. It does states if you becomes bloated or gassy reduce amount. Which at first I experienced until my body adjust then I switch to 3 gummies. I needed to use this for weight management which it does keep you full for hours for example i fast and eat one meal a day. Wake up around 11am I start with drinking my EmergenC getting the Vitamin C then around 330pm I get hungry so I take 3 gummies this keeps me full until I get off around 8pm-9pm which I eat a dinner then then I won't eat anymore it has actually help me shed fat and losing some body weight. Now for people claiming it gives you horrible heart burns no that is the food you are eating. I also have horrible acid reflux but you have to change your eating habit this gummies does not enhance acid reflux. Once you change the food you are eating that help with a your acid reflux. And for anyone that suffers from acid reflux asparagus does an amazing job to combat that and vegetables help. Reflux happens when the body does not like what you are eating so why even indulge if it cause intense reflux. This product is amazing so I will be sticking with it.

    Easy to take fiber supplement.
    I like this fiber supplement a lot. It is a gummy form but does not get excessively hard. it is always easy to chew. 3 pieces hives an excellant amount of fiber. The fruit flavor it uses does not leave an aftertaste and the berry flavors taste good. It is popular and during the last year it was hard to get a couple of times
