Works better than any I've tried.
I highly recommend this product to keep you regular. I have tried several other products and nothing works near as well. Natural ingredients and easy on the stomach. I take one to two capsules each night before going to bed.

Did not work for my body
This product worked great at first but after a couple more uses, it started to give me very bad stomach cramps that would last for days. I'm not sure what the issue was but I am definitely not planning on repurchasing.

    What a great product.
    This is a great product to keep you regular. I have found that I don't have to take it every day. But when I need a little help I take 1 capsule. If I didn't get the results I needed I take 2 capsules. It's not harsh

    Pleasantly surprised by a product
    I picked up this product on impulse for the first time 2 years ago and I have been very pleased. It does not act on my system like other so called cleanses; meaning I am able to function without the fear of unplanned emergency bathroom breaks. I take the product before bedtime and wake up to a more natural bowel movement without stomach cramps or diarrhea.

    Long-time sufferer of constipation here. Normal senna or other laxatives either do nothing or give me explosive runs. I bought this because the ingredients were comparable to another product that costs $40 for a 15 day supply. This works JUST AS WELL!! Love this product.

    I received a free bottle of BodyGold Colon Clenz Colon Cleanse Capsules to try, I will honestly say it does work, but the instructions for use are very vague and not helpful at all. The directions state to take 1 capsule once a day to support regularity, it doesn't say how many days or how often you should use these. It also doesn't specifically say how many Probiotics are in it, just that it's a proprietary blend which is not enough information and doesn't tell me the individual numbers. I'm not sold on this product as to what it does other than helping you have a bowel movement and clean out your colon by that way. I think this would be a good product for occasionally cleansing your colon out if you feel like you need a little help, but I would love to see more information on how many days you should use it, how often you should use it, etc.

    I received a bottle of this BodyGold Colon Clenz Colon Cleanse Capsules, 75 Ct to try for free. I really like it I have been taking one capsule every day for a week now and I have noticed a big difference in the size of my stomach going down. Also since I have started taking this I've noticed that I have more energy than I normally do. I would recommend this product.

    I've been using THIS for years. It helps keep My digestive tract open. Even better is the ' Super Colon Clenz ' . Which I've, for whatever unknown reason, had difficulty finding locally. Therefore, I pair this item with Fiber Capsules in order to help keep My insides ' as clean as a whistle ' .
