Not happy
Took forever to assemble. Had to cut the weaving material to open up the holes large enough to enter several screws. Some were misaligned and could not fit one at all. The suction cups were mangled and did not hold the glass top. Factory Direct did not send replacements and instead issued a very nominal refund and now Ihave to find the right suction cups. Overall happy with the effort needed to assemble and customer service.

    Never buy this!!
    Don't buy it!!!! Soooooo hard to put together and then it's uneven and soooo wobbly!!!

    Im very happy
    It arrived super fast and it was very easy to assemble. it came as 3 parts and took me 30 minutes to put them together. Its very light but also very comfortable. My old chair was very heavy and it gets sweaty so its a upgrade from this. Definitely a good quality

    Nice and small if thats what you are looking for
    The overall set is very nice for a small area. Not made for large people. Good price for a 3 piece set. Construction gets a little tricky, make sure you have someone with their own tools or it will take forever to screw everything in, I like you

    Perfect size and classic looking small set
    This is a great looking, perfect size balcony set. My only issue is with the chair setup: the drilled holes never aligned well with each other for bolt-securing, and it took quite a while to force the screws into position. But now that it's together, I think it's perfect!

    Difficult to assemble
    Yhe material is okay but not as strong as I thought. I'll be buying better cushions. The chairs didn't assemble easily. The pre-drilled holes didn't match up and a family member had to help with pliars and a drill. I certainly couldn't put them together alone. Im anxious to see how they hold up. I bought covers fir everything. We will see

    Assembly Was Disastrous No Customer Service
    I was very much looking forward to receiving this patio set. The size was perfect for the space. I knew some assembly was required, so I was ready for that task. The instructions were. simple and easy to understand. Putting together the table was no problem But when it came to the two chairs asrrgghh!!! On both chairs the Boot holes did not align with the side pieces . So I called Customer Service. I was informed I was fourth in line and my call would be answered in 20 minutes. Did Not Happen. 56 minutes later I was still waiting. So I opened my toolbox , picked up my hammer and used an awl to make the bolt holes align. Time and effort that would have been unnecessary with better workmanship

    Love the patio set but missing components
    I do like the patio furniture and would give it more stars if I had all the parts! No instructions and missing pieces. I was able to somewhat use them until I get the renaming pieces. There should be more a bar that goes across the back of the seat to hold it taught. I had to put my chairs against a wall so I can sit in it with out breaking. Love the color and cushions. Annoying to figure out how everything goes together but it's not that hard.

    Mine came without instructions. It was not difficult to figure out though. I felt some screws were more difficult than others. Otherwise for the price its a great purchase and fits perfect on my little deck.
