packaging is really nice, it keeps the gum from going all over the place. i also like the fact that the sugar content is low, but i wish it contained something other than xylitol; it's poisonous fir dogs, so i don't think it's great fir humans either.

    My husband and I chew this because it is sugar free. We like the 8 pack because we don't have to make so many trips to the store' Our doctor told us not to use Rolaids or Tums when we have heartburn because of other medicine we take but to chew sugar free gum. It works. We found the spearmint or peppermint best.
