Like the taste better.
I dislike taking the other Pepto meds, due to the taste. This one has a wee hint, but basically a different taste. Don't dread to take it. Use for IBS, and Acid Reflux from time to time. I keep some at all times..

Works as well as the brand-name pink liquid
This is equal to the brand name liquid. It settles your stomachache, stops diarrhea, and helps with heartburn. I wish it came in cherry flavor like the brand-name product. The taste is slightly chalky and leaves an aftertaste in your mouth.

    An EXCELLENT Choice for Minor Stomach Complaints.
    Perhaps ...as a child...you found that Pepto Bismol was VERY helpful for an upset stomach. These Bismuth preparations DEFINITELY can be....but MOST of them contain Aluminum...and many of us--through the years have learned that this element is probably one we don't want to ingest, if we can help it. As it happens a check of the research will show that there is some evidence that Al is a neurotoxin. This product is one (of only a few) that DOES NOT contain the worrisome element.. ..which makes it a winner. And, I've never heard of any problematic side-effects. I will finish by saying that you probably DON'T need to go with the full dosage....and that the bottle is REALLY large (a full pint)...so the four I purchased will probably last me the next twenty years!!! ALSO--the price was AMAZINGLY reasonable!!! ; )

    Oh what a relief
    Fast acting as good as Pepto, I worked in a manufacturing plant and most items the recipe is just twerked a tiny bit for the patent laws, only usually non active ingredients.

    Works great
    Works great, just as good as the name brands but my only complaint is that it settles at the bottom and it has to be shaken excessively each time. But the price is great and works great too. I like the cherry flavor more then the original but my 6 year old likes both, guess its my sweet tooth!
