Great product does exactly what it says love it
Great product does exactly what it says good for heat also good for cold the little beads inside make it easily malleable to the spot you're trying to apply to would definitely repurchase this product if needed

    Seam is weak.
    Item was great size, but the seam ripped on the side after just a couple light uses on a food. Had to throw it away.

    Works like a charm! Be sure not to microwave for more than 30 seconds, as cleaning up all those little beads is difficult...

    Awful smell
    Finally began using this 7 months after purchase. Has a horrible odor to it so too late to return. I even placed it in the microwave based on the directions thinking the smell would diminish; it made it worse.

    Good product for heat application.
    I like the size to use on smaller areas. Holds heat well but be careful to wrap in towel before putting against your skin.

    Won't buy this again
    These beads do not freeze fully and only stay cold for maybe 15 minutes. I don't need something pretty Just need something that will help get rid of the pain.

    Pretty good
    Works fine. I like being able to massage the beads around my knee and hip for more relief. It doesn't stay hot/cold very long, though; I wish that was better. Overall, not bad

    Fantastic!! Love it!
    Holds just the right amount of heat for a LONG time! I can use it for 30 minutes at least and the blue side against the skin. 26 seconds is perfect time in microwave for me. I needed a hot pack for an ear infection and swollen lymph glands- heating pad wasn't doing the trick. This is nice, it lets me get right to where I need to put the heat, and I can use dry or moist heat!!
