Great, affordable vitamins!
A couple weeks ago, I mentioned to my hair stylist that I wake up in the morning just as thoroughly exhausted as when I went to bed. (I am 24/7 caregiver to my husband who has dementia and Alzheimer's, so I need all the help I can get.) She said "Do you take a multivitamin?" I had to think about it. My husband and I both take multiple prescriptions and supplements, but I had to answer 'No'. Although I take calcium and vitamin D, I have not been taking a multivitamin. So, I researched vitamins thoroughly and decided on these. I'm not going to lie and say I'm not tired anymore, because I haven't been not tired in over 30 years. But after less than a week of taking these, I am having to take less naps during the day. An added (silly) benefit is that they are a pretty purple color. When you take as much medicine as we do, you might as well have some pretty pills in with it. I do need to clear these with my liver specialist and my kidney specialist though. I was worried about the very minute amount of vanadium in it. I don't think it's enough to mess with my kidneys, but I just need to check to make sure these are safe for me.

NOT EASY to Swallow
False claim, says easy to swallow. The reason I bought. However, they're not easy to swallow for someone with throat cancer or swallowing problems or Anyone problem. They are an inch long and 1/4 inch wide. If you have trouble swallowing you'll have to crush or return them.

    Great vitamins
    These are great vitamins, exactly like the more expensive brand name ones. They are quite large, but coated so easy to swallow.

    No different than Womans one a day 50
    It's hard to tell with something like vitamins but I don't notice any difference since I switched from Womans one a day 50 to these, other than the price difference. They have no after taste which was something I was worried about.

    Great Vitamins, Moderately Priced
    I purchase these again and again. They supply me with the vitamins and minerals I need to supplement my diet daily. Reasonably priced and always available, this is my supplement of choice. The only warning I would give is that the pills are large and if you have difficulty taking pills or with swallowing you may want an alternative. Otherwise they are great.

    Priced Right and High Quality.
    Hard to tell if any vitamin actually works, but the Equate Women's 50 is comparable to other brands yet less expensive. We golden year ladies need to watch our expenses %26 this helps. I've found that the Equate brand is good quality and safe. I'll continue to buy.

    Works great @ low price like the expensive ones!
    I've liked these vitamins for women and men. I haven't taken vitamins in a few months so I needed to get back on track. Gives energy but mainly I like that it has whst I need in my body through these vitamins for 50 plus age!
