Good multivitamin at a good price!
This multivitamin works good for my husband. Sometimes some vitamins don't agree with him, but this one has been fine. It has a good mixture of vitamins and minerals.

We've been using these for years and our blood lab tests always come back normal even if we were travelling and hadn't been able to eat as healthy as we'd like. The ingredients are an excellent and full range of balanced essentials. Sometimes Walmart has the 125 c ount cheaper per tablet compared to the 220 count bottle and other times it's the opposite. This 450 count bottle is a little less per tablet than either of the smaller bottles but if you're just one person this bottle will last you well over a year while the vitamins become less potent. I'd recommend buying the 125 or 220 tablet bottle unless you're splitting this with others.

    substitute for usual product.
    This is not the usual product I buy. I prefer the regular equate multu-vitamin for adults (with iron) in a large quantity, but it has become impossible to find. This will do in a pinch.
