I recommend night time use only!
This is the same ingredient used in Nyquil/Zzquil Use it at night time only as it does make you sleepy! But I like the fact that it works on my allergies and helps me sleep.

    I have had to take allergy medications for the last 2 years. I do not like taking any kind of medication. Equate, I do not mind small and very effective.

    Works well! I deal with allergies year round and these do a great job! My only problem is my body gets used to them and I have to take a break from time to time and use something else for awhile and then I can use them again.
