Make your first impression the best impression.
I got more than what I expected I can work it from my phone or laptop miles away. And have doc's and photos waiting for me at home. And with the cloud you can transfer your docs to other printers.

Holy waste of money and time Batman!
The worst printer possible. Deliberately set up to make you have to buy ink. The printer will STOP PRINTING AND RESPONDING unless you replace ALL CARTRIDGES WITH INK. No override, you just aren't able to print any more. Even if you have a FULL BLACK CARTRIDGE. Utterly useless. Returning immediately.

    Worst company ever!
    I ordered a new printer. A used, dirty, broken printer was sent. Now I am waiting for a refund that is useless. Horrible company. Horrible seller.

    Defective and no warranty!
    Manufacture refused to honor warranty as this printer had a problem from day one! They claimed it is by design that every time you power on and off, all ink Will be consumed(very noticeable on the ink cartridge bar notification)! And even if you only use black ink, you end up with the printer that you cannot print because all the other income consumed because according to the manufacturer colored ink will be used even when youre only print in black! So do not buy or Perhaps theyre just justPerhaps theyre just lying. I only used this printer for four months and paid more than a printers money for ink cartridges! I have recording of the nasty customer relations guy after having enough with the same rude kind Tech person. I used printers For over 30 years and worked in the database management and Never ran into people So unethical like this! Still away and find some thing that a quality that will last you longer!

    Guzzles ink
    It runs out of ink fast , printed 20 pages of turquoise blue and 8 black designs with text of 3 words and ran out of cyan ink and half of yellow. Prints great but at 7 to 8 dollars a cartridge it's way more expensive than my kodak verite. Returning!

    TRASH DON'T BUY
    If I could rate it a -100 I would I purchased in March for my dad he has not been able to print yet. Walmart does not do returns on half the product online. The customer service it rude and argumentative. They sent out 3 different printers none of them worked. I am still as of May 17 still trying get the printer to work. It won't even make a copy.

    I will never buy another HP again.
    I love this little printer. It's perfect for "at home" use. Wouldn't recommend for high volume printing only because the INK cartridges are not very big. I bought for daily report log printing for work at home and daily personal use. On average I would print between 20 - 30 pages daily for work. Within a week the cartridge was down to 25% black. Other than that this printer is exceptional. You can scan/copy multiple pages with one button, fax, print. The Wi-Fi and Direct Wi-Fi (printing from my phone) is super easy to set up without having to connect to computer. Has a good Wi-Fi reciever that can go a good distance. It's not touch screen but still very easy to navigate through settings. HP I had before this one was constantly needing cleaning. The Wi-Fi would disconnect when it went to sleep. Eventually had to set a static IP. This printer does none of that. Had to use the cleaner cycle once sense I bought it 6 months ago because it sat in storage shed for about a month during a move. I've always used HP for home printing and this unit has made me change to Epson.
