compared to LG and Hisense, I like this best.
Auto fan speeds and heat/cool are great! Not sure why they aren't listed as features. Vent dosen't screw in but works okay. 10,000btu heating

Cute but Ineffective
This unit looks sleek and is simple to operate. However, while it looked nice it was a whole mess, literally!!! Perhaps I just got a defective unit?
Although it is 12,000BTU, it took over 24 hours to cool a 190 square foot room and it was only 80 degrees! The heating also did not make the room hot (60 degrees outside). Th minimum and maximum range for heat settings is 64 to 81 degrees. Emerson should work on adjusting that range to 60 to 90 if they want business from customers who live in areas with extreme temperature changes.
The water light never came on and the unit continued to work. When I woke up in the morning the tank was overflowing and my room was flooded.
Also, this unit was NOT quiet. Quieter than some other models, but still too noisy to operate during a teleconference.
