The more you hear it, the more you'll like it
This is a collection of duets with Elton John, and various other singers. From beginning to end, it is an excellent album. I lost track how many times I've listened to this CD, since it arrived. Some of Elton's duet partners' I'm familiar with, some I am not. This is nothing like Elton's other albums. My favorite songs from the CD are 'After All", which he sings with Charlie Puth, 'Chosen Family' , with Rina Sawayama and ' Orbit' with SG Lewis. Just excellent tracks from an extraordinary album. The vocals, the instruments, all play a great role in the finished project. Even with almost 70 minutes worth of music, I can only hope there is a part 2, to these 'Lockdown Sessions.' It's amazing that even with so many rockers, saying they never intended to release new music, they still come up with some of their best effort ever. It's not your typical Elton album, but it is highly recommended.
