Worth the Money
I LOVE it! Ive wanted one of these forever and I finally got one. It looks amazing under my tv! I added a LED light around the tv for an added effect and my entertainment space is magical.

    Lovely but the heat is in the wrong place !
    My friend has one of these . It is very beautiful and creates a lovely atmosphere! My only issue is that these are supposed to go under the television yet the heat is at the top of the fireplace. So the heat is blowing up to the wires behind the TV. Which can be hazardous. So therefore she uses it with the heat off what kind of defeats the purpose.

    Looks nice, but there's no thermostat
    This looks nice hanging on our wall, but as others have mentioned, I wish the flames looked more realistic. But my one real complaint is that there's no thermostat, so you either have to turn it on and off manually or use the timer.

    Wonderful!
    So far so good! I had a black one that lasted almost 7 yrs. This has different color options, which is great! It heats up our small space perfectly! I would definitely recommend this heater for warmth and decor!

    I love everything about it. Its a lot bigger than I expected and I also didnt know the whole front is glass. I thought it was more of a window but the entire front comes off to change from logs to rocks or crystals all 3 are good quality. Set up is very easy

    it's nice, but flames could be better
    I bought this fireplace for my family room. I love the vibe it creates, I just wish the flames looked more realistic. thinking about returning it for another brand just because of the flames. The pictures are misleading.
