    Great product from a great company!
    I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company or the product I purchased! The river does exactly what I need it to do and with the addition of the extra battery it lasts twice as long! When my power needs increase , which they are, I will look to Ecoflow first to meet those needs! Thank You for a great product, money well spent!

    I would definitely purchase again
    I have now used this power station on my first road trip and it worked flawlessly. On the first day of my trip, I had to work in the car so once my laptop battery was running out, I was able to fully charge and keep working. My friend brought a hair dryer on the camping trip to test out the capability and it was able to power the dryer on the "low" setting, however, it would cut out within 1-2 seconds on the "high" setting. He has a comparable Jackery but it wasn't able to run the hair dryer. I was able to charge all our devices which was great. I used the included car charger and it was charging at a pretty good rate. I'm super satisfied with the River and would definitely purchase again. Also, the customer service I received was great.

    Works perfect. It made the River a little heavier than expected but i don't mind it. I like the LED light too.

    Great upgrade for River owners
    Great upgrade to the River, also makes the River adaptable depending on your requirements for reserve power. Longer trips I install the add-on. Just wish the app had a way to verify that I'm getting the additional 288Whrs.

    Fast shipping and great product. It's exactly what I wanted and then some. Good size and not too heavy. Nice design and great functions.     Just OK - Battery life Bleeds
    After reading up and looking a reviews, settled on the River. Does have ability to expand battery, so I liked that. I wish it would hold a charge longer….seems to lost charge with nothing hooked up; about 3 days then it gets into the red. I guess thats why there is a battery log on? Taking off for a week - this isnt practical.

    Best Product on the Market!
    This is my third EcoFlow River. I use them for a solar generator and a back up for my audio/video recording studio. Honestly, I only need on for each activity. Recently, We had a power outage. I was able to keep my refrigerator and freezer powered with one EchoFlow River while the other EchoFlow River kept me working editing video for a client. Fortunately, I purchased the extra battery which gave me extra power to the units. I just purchased another EchoFlow River as a computer backup and free up another unit for other purposes. Great product and great deals on the unit!
