A keeper
This backpack is a great shopper bag. It has many zippered compartments for everything you might need, phone, billfold, etc. It looks durable, and the shoulder straps are comfortable. I'm 4' 10", and I don't feel overwhelmed by the size.

    Inferior product
    I was honestly disappointed with this backpack. My daughter has been using it for just about a month and one of the arm straps is ripped. The inside cushioning is exposed and the fabric on the strap is completely shredded.

    Nice Design.
    I like the top loading design. Don't have to worry about the zipper coming open like other backpacks. The shoulder straps are wide and comfortable. Seems well made and durable.

    Durable, Large bag! Worth the cost!
    This backpack is huge! I bought this back pack because I ride a city bus to and from work and I also bike and walk alot to. I can carry a thermos of coffe. water a lunch box and a book inside this bag with comfort, and on days that I go to the library it can hold my laptop and water and whatever ails me. I am a small 40 year old female and this bag is perfect and durable. I like that it is all black so it wont look dirty.
