Helped me find my leak!
This product helped me find the a/c leak which is what I needed it to do. I read the previous bad reviews, but took a chance. I first tried Ac Pro A/C Pro High Mileage Refrigerant that said it had dye in it, but I didn't see any dye anywhere after it all leaked out 2 days later. With the Ez Chill i saw the dye and found the leak!!! I didn't give 5 stars b/c the upon removing the clear cover, everything did separate as in other posts. I just put it all back together carefully and it worked. Nothing leaked while putting it into the low pressure port. I did use a uv flash light when looking for the dye w/ both dye products. Ez chill with the win.

the hose is too short and it also leaked around the top as I pressed the button and a good bit was wasted and it doesn't feel too good on your finger!!

    Do Not Buy!
    DO NOT BUY! I got this for my ex to use on her car my daughter's fiance was the one who used it and the top blew off on him and nearly froze his fingers off. Total crap stay clear. Considering a lawsiut.

    EPA ain't gonna be happy!
    I cannot believe the EPA allows this product to be used... as soon as you press the cheap button on the top you have dye and refrigerant spraying not only you, but into the air around you! Pretty sure some went in but even more confident that some went out! Junk csn design.

    Defective hose and fittings!
    Defective hose and fittings! This product is sold with cheap, defective hose and fittings. It leaked excessively from both the hose fitting and button area but I was able to get some of the contents into the system. I don't recommend this product. I suggest you get a can that does not come with a hose and just use your own quality recharge hose.

    Don't buy this piece of crap... probably the worst product I have ever bought for A/C recharging. I used as described, but the seal on the trigger is not tight enough to keep the refrigerant and dye from leaking all over my hands, can, and engine.

    Broke as soon as I took off the lid.
    Brought this home to top off a 15 year old AC, as soon as I removed the lid the hose assembly broke. I tried to piece it together but the coolant and leak detector was leaking everywhere.

    A Total Waste!!!
    This stuff almost gave my finger frostbite even through gloves! The top attachment and release button are poorly made. The Freon escapes into the environment instead of your vehicle. Unless you want a gangrene index finger I strongly recommend you not to purchase this product. BUYER BEWARE!

    Works, but has it's problems.
    Like you will find in many reviews, it is a mess, and it might chill your finger excessively, but it gets the job done. After using it once, my recommendation is to stop using it once you get some back spray. I think when it is flowing properly, it only drips out the connection. Save some when it back sprays out of the button or where it enters the car. If you need more, withstand the spray. Just be prepared to chill your finger.

    don't buy
    The idea is good. A dye to find possible leaks but the delivery system is bad. The green dye leaked from the end of the hose that connects to the vehicle's ac and from where the hose connects to the can. It would be better if the can were made in the same fassion as the regular r134a cans.
