The V11 is an absolute animal!
The good: -Super strong way way way stronger than my V7 -Great attachments compared to older models -Best filter you can find on a cordless vacuum -Best bang for your buck from the Dyson lineup The bad: -Prone to bad batteries like most dysons -No fluffy head attachment for hard floors -No storage for attachments Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. About half the cost of a brand new one with so much power it's insane.

I was hoping the comment were wrong but they are not. I would definitely not recommend this at all. It was just delivered today. It came all together and looked great with all the accessories and had no issues with power or so I thought. I let go of the trigger to stop using it, it kept running. I took the head off, the wand and had to block the intake with my hand to get it to stop running after 30 seconds of blockage. I went to empty it, the whole dust bin fell right off in to the trash. While reattaching it, it turned back on so I had to block the intake again to get it to turn off.

    Bought this as factory refurbished. Junk. Main assembly (with motor, battery) was partially unassembled, missing the portion which mates to the bin and hose, therefore, unuseable. I would have returned it if Dyson had not agreed to send me replacement main unit. I still may.

    The best vacuum I've ever used
    First off, the red stick part was dented in two spots when I received the package, so if I could give this a 4.7 rating I would. It is refurbished, after all, so the minor cosmetic defects are to be expected. Not sure if it's from shipping or previous use, but it appears to only be a cosmetic issue. After my first run on about 200 square feet of carper across a few rooms, I had to empty the bin 4 times. I can also feel the suction pulling the head down when I run it over carpet, it feels very powerful. Much stronger than my 8 year old regular stand up vacuum. Luckily, the vacuum appears to have come with all of the original attachments, although there doesn't seem to be a good way to store all the extra attachments with the wall mount provided. The only real storage is a clip that affixes to the vacuum itself, which holds 2 of the extra attachments.
