Very Upset
Sadly we are returning this bike. Opened the box and the first thing we see.. One of the tire rims is bent horribly!! Box is also beat up and there is a hole in one of the sides. Extremely disappointed, my daughter is beyond upset. I've already put in for a refund and we're taking the bike to our local storefire return.

    DO NOT BUY!!! Please read this and save money…
    The bike was horrible.. took to a bike shop and paid to have bike put together where i was advised that the tires and make on this bike is horrible. Not even two months later both bikes broke.. my daughters have not been able to ride them company took no responsibility said that they would send replacement parts only. I explained that I cannot afford to pay for new bikes to be fixed and I cannot fix myself customers said I should return to store.. Adding insult to injury time had passed so I could not return the bikes and I purchased the warranty who only covers me a year after purchase and because this was an on going issue thats not being covered.. Buyer be ware.. Very disappointed all together

    Poor quality parts.
    Front wheel is bent. Couldn’t get the front brake adjusted. Left it parked til summer. Tried again. Couldn’t get it adjusted, it kept rubbing. Took it to a bike repair guy, he said the tire rim isn’t straight, the brake is fine. Had to replace this bike out of pocket because we had it too long.

    Damaged Rim
    I have an issue with my bike and I don't know how to get a new piece to fix the problem after putting my bike together I noticed my front room is bent it stops my bike in place after doing a free spin on it

    Take you chances
    the bike came with big hole inside of box with a scratch on therimeand hoping it didnt effect the tire ...the front of the bike the metal emblem is way off like some on didnt care and you cant take it off to fix it...the brakes rub on the tire and i cant seem to fix it ..the directions didnt help me well...it was for my girl friend ..very upset

    the bike was better than i expected
    i was skeptical about it because of the other reviews. i didn't want to get one with a bent tire. Apart from a few hard to see scratches (which i guess is from its journey form California to new York) and the weird placement of the bike stand which blocks the left pedal when its down and a weird oow sound it makes the bike is okay and easy to assemble the bike isn't missing parts , they're already on it if i notice something I'll update my review
