This is a STARTER plant~Plants go in shock~Read
Look.. you need to read before ordering.. My plant came well packed. I was curious how it would handle the shipping process because anyone who gardens knows plants go into shock just transplanting them and can die from it. The soil was just drying out so it was thirsty. I sat it in a bowl of water for a couple days then sat it out on my porch and it has been doing well. I will plant it soon. People complain but you are buying a starter plant for 5.00. You are not buying a full grown plant here. I personally feel this seller sent what I asked for and for 5.00 it was great. I have to be fair and honest on my sale. A plant going in shock that dies after I get it is not fault of seller it is just nature. You have to understand that before ordering that you are taking a chance ( that I recommend) that it can go in shock.

If I could give them zero stars I would.
I contacted this company through Walmart the day I received my order. 1 dead plant, 1 dying plant. Not Patio or Bonsai size, they were 3 inches tall. In total I paid $23 for this order. I've contacted the company through Walmart 2-3 times and directly 2 times. The plants were packaged in small pots, wrapped in plastic, laid down on their sides with the dry soil spilling out, and shipping peanuts shoved in on top of them. These tiny plants had no air and were very heated when we opened the very small box they came in. This is how they shipped them from California to Texas. The plant looks nothing like the photo with branches, and bright beautiful green leaves, they were sticks, one with no leaves, all the leaves brown, in the plastic wrap, the other had yellowish green leaves that were adhered to the plastic. We tried to keep the one that had a little life left in it alive but it was past saving. This company has a policy that they do not refund after 30 days so my belief is that they wait you out, until the 30 days have past. I have seen on other sites that some people might have a little luck with 9Greenbox plants, but I won't waste my money again with them. I won't spend my money with a company that does not know how to ship live green plants either. You would think since this is their business they would care how the plants arrive to the customers door.

Very dissatisfied with the condition of the plant. Looks nothing like your picture. Only 2 “ in height. I would like to request a refund.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I hope I can get a refund because this was a terrible product. It looks like it was dead before it was even shipped. The soil was still very moist when I opened the box, so I do not think it died from getting hot and dry. It was probably a poor, unhealthy, and maybe even dead product before it was even shipped. The seller still has not replied to me after two full work days since I first requested a replacement be sent, and I have now asked for a full refund. Delivery took a long time as well.

    Advertised picture is deceptive!
The tree is nothing like in the picture - it was much smaller, about 6 inch in height, and not looking too healthy due to arrival 4 days late, due likely to Corvid19 epidemic. Will monitor its recovery and return it if needed.

I dont know what is standard for shipping a fruit tree, but one sprout seems a little sparse to me. Definitely nowhere near the quality of the plant in the photo
