Might save a broken leg!
With several small puppies living in the house, access control is very important to minimize problems. Stepping over former wood slat accordion style gates was prone to potential accidents. Replacing the wood gates with the Dreamnbaby Gates solved the problem as it is now very easy to open, walk thou, and close the Dreambaby gates. These gates install in minutes and are built to last a lifetime. I highly recommend them.

Hinge Broke
I bought two of these in June. One with the extensions and one in a regular doorway. The hinge on both gates broke off and the gate door came off. The first one broke in the first month. The second one broke within two months. If you need a durable gate this one is not the best choice. It was a wonderful gate. Worked well while it worked!

    Perfect baby gate
    I love this gate. I read some reviews about it being unstable, but if you install it correctly this is not an issue. I will probably buy more of these. I couldnt be more pleased. It actually is easy to open with one hand while holding a baby, unlike other gates I have owned and used. Also, it has a stay open feature that we use while baby is sleeping that is just perfect. I would definitely recommend.

    This gate is exactly as pictured and so far, it has only been installed for a day, works great. I was concerned that the gate would be missing pieces or even broken because the box it was delivered in was completely open and looked like someone was tearing open both ends, and then left outside upside down for the gate and parts to fall out.

    Could not get it to install properly
    No matter what we tried, we could not get the arrows to line up so that the gate could 'click' close---if the arrows lined up better, the bottom would be set to low and that part wouldn't set in place. We had to add a metal barrel to basically lift the gate higher than the frame, and it STILL isn't working properly! I have a puppy we are using it for, but I'll have to send this back---I definitely wouldn't use it for a child. The idea of it is great--the execution of it was not. Hopefully another brand will be better
