completely annoyed
I ordered this bag due to the cuteness of it. Upon receiving it i realized that one side of the strap that attaches the lunch bag is torn completely off and it is missing the drawstring bag that goes with it. I cant return the item due to the fact that I live in the Bahamas and shipping this back would be a huge hassle

    Backpack didn't last over 2 weeks
    This backpack set was delivered on April 28th and first used May 3rd. I got it because the one my daughter had was beginning to come apart at the stitching and I thought it would last her the 3 wks left and into her next year. It didn't even last a week before the straps that hold the lunch bag to the backpack broke. The next week the entire backpack strap broke. I would have given one star if it hadn't have come with the lunchbox and other items that haven't yet torn up but have hardly been used. If I'd have saved the tags I would have returned. (Tried to add pictures but couldn't get it to work)
