My teenage son has been having problems getting to sleep. I wanted something that wasn't a medication cause he has a sensitive stomach. I had been seeing great reviews so I wanted to give this a try. I was shocked at how quickly it works. I will definitely be keeping this around all the time now.

Okay so I purchased this because my husband suffers from anxiety and sometimes can't sleep when he gets severe anxiety so I went threw comments AFTER I purchased it and seen a few mention nightmares with this, welp sure enough the first night he tried it he got nightmares I bought 6 bottles I threw all of them away. Never again!

    A pocket full of posies and a bed of lavender and chamomile dreams and entrée a relaxing night's sleep. Using the system of Dr. Teal's Melatonin sleep products is a great recipe to feel relaxed and soothed. I've also found it to be an amazing alternative to taking melatonin, all the calm without the grogginess the next morning. The melatonin lavender and chamomile sleep spray are magic little sheep in a bottle. After I've used Dr. Teals melatonin Foaming bath and sugar scrub, followed by the lotion, I can feel my eyes wandering off to sleep land. My last step is to cash in my ticket to sleepland with Dr. Teal's sleep spray that typically guarantees that I'll be asleep within 5-10 mins of several sprays to my pillows and linens. The scent of the spray is very soothing and is a great form of aromatherapy. This spray works really well for those needing a little bit of help falling asleep or simply as a room spray if you need some calm to your senses.

    I am reviewing Dr. Teals sleep spray. With melatonin and essential oils. I absolutely love the smell of this stuff! It smells like lavender. So pretty. I love to put in shower, spray on my clothes. I spray on my pillow and blankets. I spray everywhere lol. It relaxes me to much! I take a deep breath of this close my eyes and it puts me in a relaxed state of mind! I also get compliments on this smell!

    helps to ease the mind for sleep
    I got this as a gift for my girlfriend who has a difficult time sleeping, she sprays this on her pillow as well as her linens and sometimes even uses it in the shower. it helps her to relax and wind down as well as sleep peacefully. she says it isn't overpowering which is a good thing because it's a soft scented sleep inhibitor :-) I would definitely purchase this again for her as well as myself

    Smells so good!
    I love my Dr.Teals room sprays! The aroma is so relaxing. I have both the lavender and eucalyptus spray and they both smell amazing! I would definitely recommend if you struggle with anxiety or falling asleep.

    I do like the Dr Teals Spray, but I feel like it takes awhile to kick in. I'd rather just take melatonin. It's a good value and I like to use it from time to time, but I feel like I need to use this in conjunction with melatonin for it to really put me to sleep. It's a good product, but I'm not sure if I'd buy it again.

    Strong, relaxing herbal scent
    Super relaxing smell. I wouldn't say it makes you sleepy, but I spray it on my bed at night and it definitely helps me relax. I adore the scent but it is very strong, anything more than one spray will give me a headache. On the plus side, one spritz totally does the job so the bottle lasts! Even leaves a lovely residual scent for a few days afterwards.

    I bought this on a whim and now I'm hooked! I'm not sure if it actually helps you sleep, but it smells amazing! The smell is peaceful and I look forward to crawling in bed after I've lightly sprayed my pillow. I always keep a bottle by my bed.

    Great if you're not used to taking melatonin
    I wasn't a fan of the smell but you get used to it. I'm halfway through this bottle and unfortunately I don't feel like it works for me but I might just be used to taking melatonin and medication for insomnia ☹️
