A Magnificent Magnesium!
Best Mg supplement so far and I've tried a lot. Many types (chloride, citrate, oxide, glycinate etc) and many brands. THIS product affords blessed relief from leg cramps and I only use half as much as recommended! No GI distress either.

    The pills are very large and can be sometimes hard to swallow. However, they are about the best value for the money when you compare absorption rates.

    seems to work for my husband <3
    my husband used to get muscle cramps very often. so i thought he could take this and see what happens. the pill is 3/4 of an inch in length. not that hard to swallow. since he is into some medications, we decided for him to just take this one pill daily. and he hasn't had a cramping episode since. so i say it works! wish it was a little more affordable.

    HORSE PILL!
    I purchased because of Labdoor recommendations. It's a horse pill! And you're supposed to take two. I'm lucky to get one down. I have chewed one and it's not the best tasting if that's how you have to get it down. I struggle with pill taking, so if you do as well, I would reconsider this one. I will be reviewing other brands on Labdoor as I trust their findings. Hope to find one that goes down a bit easier, and smaller in size. My only reason for a NO recommend is because of the size of the pill.

    This definitely does relax you definitely will help you sleep , I couldn't see myself taking this during the daytime though I would have to take it before bed ️, cuz it makes you drowsy and groggy, and you definitely feel groggy the next morning

    Oxide vs Glycinate
    I used to take Magnesium Oxide but after taking Magnesium Glycinate I won't go back. It's definitely a lot more effective in terms of getting my muscles relaxed and helping me sleep deeper. The Mag Oxide worked well for like a year until it didnt. This is so much better!
