Doctor's Best High Absorption CoQ10
This is the first time I purchased a Doctor's Best product and I am very happy with it. I'm someone who must purchase supplements in a vegetarian/v-cap form for dietary restriction reasons and was happy to find doctor's offered CoQ10 in a vegetarian form.

    Can tell the difference without this!
    I started supplementing coq10 to offset the side effects of statins. Stopped taking statins several months ago but learned that coq10 still benefits my health, so I take it to lower levels of oxidative stress, which may help prevent heart disease and cognitive decline. It's also been shown to improve muscle strength, vitality and physical performance. This brand is a good one.

    Heart healthy
    Good product at a reasonable price, but it's hard to determine results unless there is an issue with the heart. Hopefully it's doing the job it's rated to do. So far I'm still going strong.
