acid reflux remedy
Ever since I was pregnant with my little one, I would get awful acid reflux. I would wake up in the middle of the night, gagging on stomach acid and have burning in my throat with little to no relief. I thought once I had her, it'd go away. NOPE! Because it happens hours after I eat, I realized its not that I have too much stomach acid (tums and pepcid help those) it's that I dont have enough. That causes the food in your stomach to ferment and a burning sensation to rise. So a cure for me would be to add more acid into my stomach. I bought these in hopes that a little pill would add enough acid. I took one everyday and finished the whole bottle a few weeks ago. I never bought a new one to replace it, wondering if it really made a difference.... Well, the past couple nights I started choking on my stomach acid again! Which hasn't happened in months! I can now guarantee that these work for acid reflux and if you struggle with burning throat in the night to give it a try too.

    i just started a diet to lose 50 Lbs,, i was 211 lbs in December 2022,,. it's now the 30th of April,, I'v lost what my gold was!! im at 161lbs and Reddy to stop this diet.. now when using it!!!! it'Helped with appetite,, taking 2 tabd 40 minutes before each meal,,. Now it's up to you to be able to push the plate of food away,, i ate the same things but cut food intake by 2 thirds. if you wait a few minutes you will find your not felling any hunger pains or want's or craving for anything else.. the main thing is to push the extra food away!! you will make it!!

    I have tried alot of over the counter diet supplements and prescription diet pills, but never ever gone results that I got from these. I have been on them about year and half. My weight starting off at 254. Now I weigh 159.8 like a hole person later.They are the true.. But I also took all my vitamins like b-12, D, Multivitamins, and I drink the Apple cider vinegar with honey every day as a shot. The shot helps burns the fat you fill it as you drinking it.

    Acid reflux relief finally
    I got this to help with my acid reflux and it works good. If I go crazy on things I know makes my stomach go nuts I do need a second one but that is my bad for liking food that burns from one end to the other lol. But seriously nothing else has helped, I have used all the prescription and over the counter stuff for my GERD and this is the only relief I have ever had.

    HAPPY GUT, REDUCED INFLAMATION, FAT BURNING !
    Theses Apple Cider capsules are so much more pleasant to swallow than the liquid ! And the same for the other spices which help reduce inflamation and promote fat burning. I take three per day and do not need antacids anymore. All of these ingredients reduce inflamation which is a basis of any "itis" (arthritis, laryngitis, sinusitis, etc). Happy digestive tract, Reduced inflammation, Fat burning, WHY NOT??
