Smaller than imagined but still a great piece.
Just got this up and its smaller than what I imagined but works well for a small living room or a bedroom. The holes are hard to line up for the back part but once I got the top back one lined up the others were fine. It is alot warmer tan than in the picture but still a nice color. Once all the screws are tightened up together its very sturdy

I bought and returned there were NO holes for legs and never got replacement or to check if it would be checked before shipment

    The lounge is very comfortable and fit well in our bedroom. It tool a while to finally put it together. The design for the sideback doesn't fit very well with the back. You have to really push hard to ensure the screw can get into the hole.

    For $271 I thought this item would be a little better looking. It looks very cheap. I am hoping an oversized decorative pillow will spruce it up some since I'm sure I can't return it after ruining some of the screws because the holes wouldn't line up. One part we had to use our own screws because their hole marks were to far off. I also thought it would be a little bigger. I've included a picture of my 80 pound lab on it (who by the way thinks she got a new bed) to show the size.

    Love it! Tip - use common sense
    I don't mean to insult the other reviews, but I'm a female and I put this together by myself in 30 mins... the instructions may not be 100% but it was still easy. Do step 1, 3, 2 , then 4 - in that order... On step 3 - tilt the back to line the holes, I used the protection paper to prop it up while I screwed it in, then went to step 2 and did the other 6 screws just fine. Pro tip, read all instructions before starting any project, it can save time such as the above... oh and I love this chair. That is all.

    Beautiful Result - Impeccable Customer Support
    Beautiful linen color chaise. Studied several websites and chaises before purchasing. Was frustrated when the holes did not line up and we had trouble assembling. However, I would shop Hayneedle again and again simply based on the customer support provided (be Deanna) that resulted in the perfect sitting area in my master bedroom.

    11 of the 12 screw threads were good. We used a different screw to complete the furniture.
