My daughter bought this as a night stand. Her bed sits up high and the table is the perfect height. Well made table and beautiful color, but be prepared to spend some time putting together. There are a lot of pieces, but it was a good bonding time for my daughter and husband to put together. The came very well packed-I would not worry about it be damaged through delivery.

Cam locks-Ugh!
I received this gray Franklin Accent Table with 2 drawers for my fair and honest review of the product. The color in the picture is the color of the table. I took all the pieces and instructions out of the box, separated everything out. According to the instructions, it should take about an hour to put it together. There's videos online and pretty good instructions to follow. The table is mostly wood, the bottom of the drawers is made of something different and not very thick but seems sturdy enough. Just remember this is more a decorative table and not meant to hold a lot of weight on top, bottom or in the drawers. Those are the good things. Now for the cons: the pieces were not marked correctly for the drawers so it took me some time to figure out exactly what to do with them and how to get them together. Not too hard once I held the pieces together with just my hands and figured it out. The drawers sides and front have a slit in them. That's for the thin piece of wood for the base of the drawer to slide into these slits. Line them up before putting the screws in. Warning, before you even get to the drawers, the cabinet, except for the base, is put together by cam locks and bolts. Watch the video. Look at the instructions and get it in your mind how to get the cam locks and bolts to work. I did all that. However, the holes for the cam locks are different sizes in depth. This makes locking the bolts in place very difficult if not impossible. Also, the cam locks provided broke easily upon tightening the ones that did line up. Ugh! I had to go out and purchase more cam locks from the hardware store. I got the entire desk together except for the top. The cam locks would not lock the bolts in place. Therefore the top of the desk is just laying there not locked in at all. Would I purchase this desk? No, I wouldn't. While it's wood and it's attractive, if I can't put it together completely that's very frustrating to me and I don't feel the cam locks are going to hold the bolts in place if the desk is moved around a bit.

    Nice table
    I received this Ameriwood Home Franklin Accent Table with 2 drawers in gray from the spark reviewer program. It is 28.25" high, 22" wide and 15.63" deep. It is a nice accent table that can be used in your bedroom or living room. I put it by my couch to hold my ficus air purifier and my water fountain and for coffee cups when I have guest. It has a nice top so I put a covering on it to protect it from the water fountain. It has a bottom shelf that is good for holding my paints. It has 2 shelves for storing other things I want handy. It was fairly easy to put together. And a friend of mine really liked how easy the drawers open and close. She likes it so much she said she is interested in getting a couple of them. So I told her she could get them at Walmart or on Walmart.com

    Nice accent table with drawers
    This is a nice accent table from Ameriwood Home. This is the Franklin accent table with two drawers and I received the lovely grey color. It is well painted and looks easy to clean. I would use cleaning products that are safe for wood and paint. It took my husband and I an hour to put together. It comes with all the necessary screws and parts that are needed to put it together. One thing that was a bit more involved was the stainless steel circular shaped brackets that insert around the screws to hold the top of the table. My husband didn't have them inserted securely so I lifted the table from the top and it came off. He then spent 5 minutes securing them again. I certainly will be careful moving it next time. I like that it comes with two drawers which are easy to open and close and they hold plenty of my daughter's books. Also, there's a bottom shelf that comes in handy to hold more books or toys. The height is approximately 28 inches and the width is approximately 22 inches. Even though it's grey it still looks nice in my daughter's pink and white room.

    Cute Table
    It took me a long time to get this end table together, because the pieces were not marked correctly. But once I finally got it set up correctly, it really looks nice. The drawers are not that deep like some end tables I have had in the past, but you can put remote controls, tablet, paper, pens, etc. I actually put my little Christmas Tree and Santa Clause top of it for Christmas. I put one of my fabric cubes on the shelf below the 2 drawers.

    Nice table
    This table is very nice and sturdy, better than expected. Easy to put together and all the parts actually aligned up. The con is that the legs aren't even, the table isn't stable but was a easy fix.

    Versatile and Modern with a Crisp Look
    This little Altra accent table with 2 drawers is fairly versatile, no matter which color you choose! I could see this table in a foyer, in an office space, as a nightstand or as a small table right beside the sofa! I really haven't decided where I will place mine, but it will likely end up in my office space to provide a little extra decor. It will be perfect for a lamp for some ambience lighting and the 2 drawers add a little something to the look of the entire piece, as well as storing multiple things at my finger tips - out of sight! It also has a lower shelf that items can be placed on, such as books, reading material, etc. However, in my home, any one of 2 cats or 2 dogs would have access to the bottom shelf, so I have to plan well. This table is very simply modern and provides a crisp look. It does need to be assembled, but comes very well packaged when it arrives. My husband did use a screwdriver when putting this table together and it took him about an hour. He said the pieces were very fragile and he actually broke 2 pieces while putting it together! He said the two pieces he broke cannot be seen since the pieces are joined together. I really do like the look of this table, which is why I wanted it. I have actually been looking for something like this for about a year. The drawers appear to be deep, but when you open them, you have access to about 2/3 or maybe less to the space in the drawer for retrieving items. The parts fit together nicely, the table doesn't wobble, and the unions appear to be fairly flush. I didn't ask my husband how easy it was to assemble because he is an engineer, so these things aren't difficult for him. I did notice it took him an hour, though, as I mentioned. Personally, for me, I don't think the value is there for this particular piece of furniture, but this tone of red is indeed my favorite. At night, with the lights dimmed, I cannot obviously tell this is a table made of wood and MDF, but in the daylight, it just screams MDF. Oddly enough, I still like it, but I could see that all it would take would be one cat to jump up on it, or something light to fall on it, and that would be the end of it. I am assigning 3 stars to this table just because the pieces are so fragile and the price point does not align with the quality of this piece for me. I am happy to recommend it to a friend who is willing to accept the price and its defects.
