Delayed order
I ordered a different monitor back in September. I received an email in November my order was canceled unless I'd like an alternative at the same price. I did not. Dell took it upon themselves in December to ship the alternate which I did not accept initially. This was for work and had to go through an approval process. I now have the monitor but the experience was not good and misleading.

    Great for the price
    I didn't expect the quality and resolution to be so good since it's an inexpensive monitor, but so far it works great and the picture quality is not grainy. it's light, elegant and came with a usb-c cable and adapters. i'm very happy with my purchase.

    Fantastic monitor but first unit was broken
    I'm withdrawing one star because the first unit that came in the mail was not working (backlight was broken so it was impossible to see what was on the screen) and I had to wait 2 weeks to get a replacement (free of charge). The end result was fine but Customer Service could've been more communicative along the process. The screen is fabulous. When you take it out of the box, you realize how massive it is and the hinge it attaches to is so polyvalent. This ease of movement was really the thing that sold me on this monitor. It may not be higher than 1080p but for the common folk working on spreadsheets, it's more than fine. USB-C is a dream. The ability to daisy-chain devices is awesome and saves a lot of cables on the desk. At the moment, there is only 1 USB-C cable plugged in my laptop and it displays on the monitor, charges the laptop and allow me to use mouse + keyboard (plugged in the monitor) with the laptop. USB-C is awesome.

    This monitor was for me the perfect compromise. Plenty big enough but not so big that it overwhelms my desk. Crystal clear, sharp definition, and plenty bright. I wish I had ordered it sooner.

    Nice Monitor with Improvements Over Previous Model.
    Purchased 2 of these monitors for a dual setup. They work as advertised. No dead pixels (at least none that I can see, so far), smaller footprint than previous version, and the bezel is replaced by edge-to-edge glass. Daisy-chaining 2 monitors via USB type-C requires an adequate video card, and though USB type-C provides power, the 2nd monitor still needs to be plugged-in to an AC outlet. Just FYI, as marketing photos may be misleading.

    Annoying monitor hum
    While the image looks good, the problem is the electronic hum the device makes. I get the hum when using the usb connection between the monitor and laptop. I sent back the monitor and the replacement one did the same thing. It is a Dell laptop and Dell cable, so the problem is on Dell. If I only connect via HDMI the sound goes away. Very disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this screen.
