Nice monitor for the price
As many of us are working from home, I needed an extra monitor to add to my desk. Perfect sized monitor. But best of all I received the monitor within 3 days. Amazon nor Dell could match the shipping time. Not to mention the cost of the monitor itself. My only issue is the type of connections. The monitor came with cables that I could not utilize. Had to order from Dell and Amazon. Other type of connections should be included. I received a DP to DP cable, my laptop does not have a DP connection. I had finally settle on a VGA in to HDMI.

Beware of missing parts
Haven't been able to use my monitor for days because it was shipped without the VGA cable, and Walmart or Dell have been of no help due to the lack of good communication between Walmart and the third party vendors they have on their site. Decided to just buy my own VGA cable because it's been draining to be told I can't receive help.

    Does not come with vga cable.
    If you don't have a computer with a dp port, save yourself a lot of time and headache and get a different monitor. It says it comes with a vga cable but it doesn't. It isn't listed in the user manual as something that comes with the monitor. You only get the power cable and the dp cable. The monitor itself is ok but I have an hp one that I just bought a few months ago that is bigger and in my opinion better for the same price. I wanted a 2nd monitor and the hp was no longer in stock.

    Faulty monitor
    The monitor worked for one week and then the display started going out. The monitor was streaky for a few days and went black completely. Used the same cables and adapters on another monitor and it works perfect. Really disappointed with this purchase

    Work from Home Addition
    The monitor arrived in perfect condition, delivery was fast, it was exactly what was needed to connect to a laptop computer. I know many companies offer monitors but this one to keep for personal use is great, the colors are saturated and excellent, no regrets in purchasing this and would recommend to others without hesitation.
