This Works!
Water got into my ears while washing my hair, and for the first time my ears stayed clogged. I got really nervous after a while, because I could not hear to good out of that ear. The next day I searched on this site for clogged ears and found this product. I ordered online for same day pickup. After reading the instructions, I put 8 drops of the medicine in the clogged ear, and laid down on the opposite side and waited 20 minutes. At first your ear feels clogged even more, and you can hear a lot of fizzle in your ears which felt weird. I must admit I was a litte scared. After 20 minutes, I took the bulb and filled it with warm water and squirtted the water into my ears. It took 3 times (squirts) for me, and finally a ball of wax came out, (I know gross). I can hear again, YIPPY!

I didn't like that they won't even respond. Don't sell people stuff and don't even tell them what's going on with the product that they just purchased

    Amazing stuff!
I was shocked this worked so well. Read the instructions as put 10 drops in my husband's ear that has been clogged for ages. The box says to treat for 4 days before irrigating but several other reviews said to let sit for 30 minutes then irrigate. He fell asleep so it sat in there for more like 1 1/2 hrs before we irritated. I flushed it about 10 times and was going to give up when I looked with a flash light and a large chunk of wax was almost out. A few more flushes and it was out.

    My experience with this product.
It appears to me, the included squeeze bulb with this product is way too small for its intended purpose. It produces approximately a 2-3 second stream, not long enough to dislodge any wax build-up, even after using the provided softening solution. Also, there's no mention of using sterile water. Per the instructions: warm water. Looks like a doctors visit very soon!

Speechless, but can HEAR well now!!!
I'm in so much shock about how well this stuff works. I was in disbelief at first (prior to using it) and thinking these reviews were for PAID reviews, but let me tell you this is TRUTH! I purchased this item about a week ago and was reluctant to use it. In all honesty, I was going to return it to the store, but something kept nagging at me to try it. Baby, let me tell you, I'm so happy that I did. The crap that came out of ONE ear has me now wondering what's in the other one and how in the heck did that get in this one. Look at the picture. This gunk of stuff was about 1/2 and in length. It had caused me so much ear pressure. Whenever I would touch near my ear, it would feel clogged. I didn't even have to be pressing on my ear. First, I put some drops in my ear. I honestly don't know how many. I laid in bed for about 15 minutes with that ear facing up. Then I got up and rinsed it out with the booger stopper (as we call it, bulb suctioning). I used a cup with cool/warm water. Barely anything came out of my ear. The only thing I recognized was like dead skin. I tried again, same night, and put more drops in my ear. I waited  about 15 more minutes and this time I used warm to hot water, not boiling hot, but faucet hot.... Well, not hot to burn you, but hotter on the warm side than cool. I used force to squirt the water into my ear canal. I did it maybe about 10 to 15 times and each time, something small came out. I gave up and said I was going to bed. Well, my ear did not unclog this time. I went back to the bathroom and kept at it. Before you know it a HUGE wax ball came rolling out of my ear and into the sink. I was in awwwwww! Soooo darn shocked and like what the heck is it? I still don't know what it is but I can hear SOOOOOOOO much better and I don't hear sounds that appear to be muffled. Lawd, I'm so thankful. I would highly recommend this product. Tomorrow, I will do the same ear again to see if it's more in there and then I will start on the other ear.

    Debrox Earwax Removal
Most of the ingredients are hydrogen peroxide and it seems to wash out the ear. Things sounded a little better in one ear. I could hear all the bubbles bubbling. In the other ear the bubbles seemed to stay in for hours and it was like being under water. Added more in the hopes it would wash out the first set of bubbles. Eventually it did and washed out the ear. Did it a few more times until I was pretty sure it was washed out

    GOD BLESS THIS STUFF!!
I have always had ear issues and wax build up issues...last week I went swimming and got water in my ears and suddenly I couldn't hear on one side. I thought it was water and when alcohol didn't work I thought maybe water went in there and pushed some wax and clogged my ear. So my husband went to Wal-Mart and bought me this stuff. I did it once and flushed with the bulb and nothing happened, did it again at night and nothing happened, did it the next morning and a little came out but I still couldn't hear. I was getting discouraged but then I read some reviews saying it can take a couple days depending on how much of a build up you have. So that night (round 4) I left the drops in for 20 minutes and turned my head and it all came flowing out! Gross I know but what a relief! So if you use this a few times and it doesn't work just keep trying for the full 4 days recommend if you have to since it depends on the amount of build up you have. Great product though and after using different store brands this one is #1!!!

    Successfully removed ear wax
I bought this product after enduring days of living with a clogged ear. I used to clean my ears with a Q-Tip after each shower, causing my earwax to be pushed deep into my ear canal. Living with a clogged ear caused me all kinds of problems. I was disoriented. I missed one out of every three words people said. It was hard to keep my balance. I could not concentrate on my work because I had to stay alert listening with my good ear in case people tried to talk to me. I was confused and depressed. This product relieved me of all that suffering. The application was not as easy as the packaging promised. It took me 3 days of trying. I filled my clogged ear with the solution, and lied down on my side to let it soak for 15 to 30 minutes. When after two days of multiple attempts my ear remained clogged, I became even more depressed. It was not until the third day and my 6th or 7th attempt that VOILA! all the earwax came out. After lying down for half an hour, I went to rinse my ear. I squeezed warm water into the ear canal. As the jet hit the dissolved ear wax, I could hear all the sloshing sound, and then it was ear wax galore. It all came out, and I could hear again, crisp and clear. Praise the Lord! My advice is to keep trying. You may have a severe case that requires multiple attempts. The product description was not accurate in that it promises an easy fix. I recommend that the manufacturer revise the description so that desperate sufferers like myself don't end up more desperate and depressed thinking that the product does not work and give up trying.
