Much needed
This was a life saver. We have had record high temperatures and my house was a hot sauna. This did the impossible and cooled down the house to the point the kids were saying its cold and grabbing a blanket. It warmed my heart to hear that. Before they complained it was too hot. Even myself complained. It is amazing.

    Don't waste your money!!
    I dislike the one year warranty and the fact that the company doesn't sell parts to repair it. No one does. F1 error code. Don't waste your money. No contact number for Della either. Everything via email. Horrible service.

    Buy the extended warranty
    Ac functions correctly. Installation instructions are sparse. This is a bare bones unit. It does not have some of the features of other more mid range products. (No protective cove for refrigerant valves. Also the remote is minimalist in function. It does work, time will tell. I bought it because it was the least expensive and I could get a 4 year warranty with Allstate through Walmart
