Great Value!
This is a very nice bbq for a great price. We almost bought a more expensive brand name bbq with similar features but then came across this Cuisinart grill. It took me around 2 hrs. to put it together by myself. Has a lot of the features of much more expensive grills. The side burner is great to have. Happy to have found this grill and would recommend it, don't get hug up on specific brand names.

Stay away from this grill
I purchased this girl with Cover and all the Cleaners for it after a year or use the Burners burn out or rusted-out. When I called customer service, they told me they’re not covered under warranty. The grill did not last more than a year under minimum use. And out of rain better spend your money on a different product.

    Awesome Grill
    This grill was perfect for us. Our old grill gave us over 15 years of good use. It was time to let go. We looked for some time for a reasonably priced grill, but also had natural gas capabilities. Most of these types of grills were not cost effective for us. The Cuisinart Four Burner Dual Fuel Gas Grill fit the bill and was a great value for the money. The natural gas conversion kit is optional but for us was not needed. Putting the grill together was easy but a little time consuming. If you follow the directions, you will be very pleased with the outcome. The grill is LP ready, but I needed to remove the LP orifices for the conversion to natural gas and was easy to do. I will say on my grill I needed to put a screening in the empty LP compartment only because we have wasps who like to build their nests. One thing that helped is the purchase of their grill cover. It's covers the grill all the way down to the ground and has a great draw tie's and also leg straps. It's made good enough for the Mid-west winters! It was a wise decision to keep the grill looking new every time I removed the cover. All in all you can't go wrong with this grill.

    Heating ability
    We bought this BBQ and used it for the first time last night. There is massive heat loss with the open back and it makes us wonder if we made a mistake assembling? I'm not sure if that possible as it is the grill assembly. Anyone else find this 'rear vent' an issue?

    We bought the grill and it was damaged. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement part within a few days. The assembly was easy enough but I did it by myself which ended up taking longer than if two people had done it. The grill works great and we look forward to cooking many great meals on it.

    Great Grille
    great grille! ! bought this at the end of the season and got a good price. I've used it about 10 times now and am getting used to the controls. It burns very hot so cooking time is less than any grille I've ever used before. I'm very happy to have added this to my other 2 grilles.

    I'm disappointed with the material of this product

    Good assembly and initial quality
    Initial quality is good. The hardware already setup for the mating holes makes assembly easier (no big bolt bag). They're still some corners cut on the design which show now that I've used it for a couple months. The stainless section of the lid is beginning to separate from the coated carbon sheet. The temperature probe assembly is loose on the glass and twists freely.
