Awsome out of the box.
I was dreading putting this together after reading all of the reviews but I had no issues. This grill was beautifully packaged and all the pieces were numbered. There were no dents or dings, everything was perfect. I didn't even read the manual as there is a 12 minute video from Cuisinart on Youtube of a guy putting this together step by step. Following along with him and it's foolproof. It probably took me about an hour and a half to put it together by myself. There was one screw that was screwed in too tight but instead of stripping it, I suggest spraying it with WD-40 and using a large regular head screwdriver to loosen it. People also also seem to have trouble getting their propane tanks connected properly and complain about it not fitting. It certainly fits, you have to twist the propane tank to the open part of the handle so it'll go behind the catch that hangs down. There is also a Youtube video of that available as well. I did a 30 minute burn off once I got it together and all burners worked great the very first try. I cranked it on high and it seems like the highest the temperature got was 600 degrees out of 700. Plenty hot enough. I can't speak on whether or not this grill will stand the test of time but it was fun to put together and I look forward to cooking on it. It's hefty and looks great. Very happy with this purchase.

$400 grill busted up everywhere
Have not been able to use this at all because it came busted up in many different areas. Customer service has yet to contact me about it. So mad that $400 grill could be sent and packaged so poorly!

    Exceeded expectations for gas grill
    Exceeded my expectation for a new gas grill at a reasonable price. I looked at several grills. The Cuisinart met all my qualities. The grill cover is heavy duty with the dual plates. The gap between burner hoods and grate we enough to install grate for ceramic bricks. Casters roll easily. Putting it together was easy.

    Great grill
    The glass window is nice for seeing good without opening the grill. It is well made and a good size. The griddle is an added bonus for making stir fry, breakfast, etc. Only problem was the grill was dented during delivery. Able to work around this while installing

    Great looking grill, good price but beware…cheaply made, one of the welds came apart and it only been 6 weeks and the chrome knobs are pealing they are black underneath.

    Grill works amazing, was a little larger than expected but should have guessed being a 5 burner. Heats up extremely fast. Only issue I had so far was shipping, fedex dropped my box and dented/chipped some paint on the underneath part of the grill putting a huge hole in the box.

    Best Grill Yet!
    Best grill I have owned yet. My last one lasted 21 years, I am hoping this one goes the distance as well. So far, so good. Lights and heats quickly, cooks to perfection. I wish I could bring it in the kitchen. Grill is mounted to the OUTSIDE of our 2nd story deck to save space.

    Nice quality, but assembly nightmare
    Even though packed well, a few components arrived dented or bent. Needing this for a Labor Day BBQ, I chose to live with it. I am fairly handy, but assembly instructions seemed rather cursory and would have benefited from parts shown in perspective or more detailed drawings. A rather central part labeled as packed in a sub box was simply not there. To be fair, when I emailed the company on a holiday weekend they responded in minutes instructing me it was packed inside the grill housing instead. Just be aware, with this grill you will need several hours of assembly time and a lot of patience, even though you are putting together what basically is the cart underneath. Quality wise, except for the dented components, it lives up to the Cusinart name. For the level of features and quality, it is priced reasonably, but you will pay with frustration on the assembly side.

    Everything and More
    I was lucky to find this great grill for my price range. It has everything I needed to meet my needs. Plenty of cooking space for different meats and veggies. A griddle which was a nice surprise and a side burner to "fry my fish outside" (Wife noise). I also bought the cover for protection in the Arizona sun. Cooks phenomenal no complaints here, get yourself one. I plan on getting a lot of use making great food.
