Highly recommend
I looked at a few of the small table top grills offered and I decided on the Cuisinart Grill namely because of the Cuisinart name and reputation. The grill was easy to put together (by myself - a senior) and I am looking forward to my first grilled hamburger and/or steak. One of my concerns here in FL is the possibility of losing power during a storm and/or hurricane so I now have something I can boil water for my tea/coffee and heat up something to eat.

Don't buy... waste of money
So first off the legs no matter how much you tighten them are never really tight. It's very wobbly and unsteady. Next the top grill you put the food on wont stay in place. The ledge it goes on is too thin. I burnt myself three times last night because the grill kept falling in. Finally the air vents seize when hot and even if you do have both vents open the coals will go out immediately if you put the lid on. It was only $20 but it really is the worst grill I've ever owned.

    poorly made
Cooking grill does not fit in securely. My larger grills made like this the cooking grill fits securely.Would be simple for them to make the grill fit snugg. You will have trouble when turning meat.

    Just did!
I like the attachment of hooking the lid to the bottom part. I love the color. What I didn't like was the difficulty emptying the ashes. You can't lift it out to empty it, you have to scoop the ashes out. Could use more information on how to use the vents. But a very fair price for it. It's so cute. Just the right size for me, one person. Didn't get the coal hot enough, they were grey, most of them, but took a long time to cook even after adding charcoal fluid 2 more times. And maybe more information how and when to use the lid.

    Cute little thing!
When we first put this together it seemed a bit flimsy. Once we were finished putting it together, which was very simple to do, we thought it was so cute! It looks like a child's toy ! But it is perfect for the two of us. Four boneless chicken breasts easily fit, so it works for up to 4 servings. We're glad we got it. It's so much easier than our full-size grill.

    Not for long term use
Not too sturdy. Too many parts to install and instructions were left out

    Very Nice Compact Grill
Nice cooking area for a small compact grill. Great for tailgates and small parties. Easy set up and easy to clean.

    Disappointed
Can not recommend. Grill is poorly designed. When you try to flip a burger the grill grate tips, sliding the other burgers into the coals. Grill legs would not keep the grill stable. Usually have good luck with Cuisinart products but I would recommend paying a bit more and getting a useful grill.

    Portable Charcoal Grill
Cooking grate and charcoal grate had some loose wires. Charcoal grate is very thin and almost unusable after one use.

    Perfect for my needs
I actually bought this grill to have on hand in case of emergency. I live in an apartment complex where we aren't allowed to do any live fire type grilling on our deck or patio, so this isn't really for regular use. If there is any type of emergency, I can easily carry this out to a safe area and cook. I did want to check it out and get familiar with it though. It was super easy to put together and is just the right size for one or two people. I grilled a couple of steaks on it and they came out perfect. It was fast and easy clean up as well. For my needs, it's just perfect. I can store it, along with charcoal and starter in my storage area and it's there when/if I need it. For others who may want to use it for camping or to take along on trips, it's a great size and works really well. If you just want to cook a hamburger or steak at home and you aren't into major grilling, this would also be a good choice. Highly recommend.
