Best purchase
I hate that I have to pay $9.99 a month for Cricut access to fonts and designs. But other than that I absolutely love my new craft. So many options I can do. I already did some vinyl projects. Already did 2 pictures on shirts and did about 10 iron on projects. Have many ideas just not enough time! Its definitely an investment to have to buy everything to make stuff with but can turn into a fun profit.

When it works, it's great..
I purchased my Cricut Explore Air 2 back in July, and it was the most exciting purchase I've made for a while. I had intended to use it to help me with my business (cutting out cards, writing thank you notes, etc) and make fun stuff with my daughters, however it has successfully completed projects less often than it has ruined them. It will be cutting or writing just fine, then all of a sudden it will stop working and do it's own thing (like cut a straight line down through my vinyl or cardstock or draw scribbles with the pen). The pressure sensitivity is also incorrect on the knob. I have to set vinyl to “light cardstock” in order for it to even allow me to weed a project. I've wasted so much money on having to recut projects. I uploaded a couple pictures from the most recent mishaps - it ruined some cards I was attempting to have it write. I now avoid using it, and it's sitting in my workshop collecting dust. Very disappointed, and a little jealous of those that have machines that actually work.

    PRINT AND CUT DOES NOT WORK
    The whole purpose of getting this garbage-cutting tool was to PRINT AND CUT. And it couldn't even do this simple task... Because of the sensor?? The lighting?? I'm headed straight back to my silhouette cutting machine, because I simply didn't listen to the reviews. Waste of money and my time!

    Don't recommend if you want to cut smaller letters
    This machine will NOT cut properly. Every time I try to peel back the vinyl to see what I cut, it always pulls the letters no matter how slow or careful I do it. It's so frustrating. My Cricut joy was much better than this machine.

    Great value, as described.
    This bundle is great! The best price i could find for a cricut PLUS supplies anywhere. The description was accurate to what i got in the mail, and the cricut, tools, and vinyl were all in perfect condition. All the vinyl and transfer sheets were all 6x6 inches. Like many crafters, i do not like cricut brand vinyl as it's very thick and too hard to weed (remove all the extra pieces) and it doesn't stick to surfaces great, but it's nice practice since it's a good assortment of colors. I hear all the crafters i watch use 143vinyl, so i'll be purchasing vinyl from them. The two tools included are the two i use all the time, and i bought a pair of angled craft tweezers from michaels, which are the three i always use. This is a legit bundle, definitely recommend for the price. In the picture, you can see the four types of vinyl. From left to right: removable, glitter, “holographic”, and permanent. Also the transfer tape and strong grip transfer tape. Though, I've been using scotch tape and masking tape more than this transfer tape. ONE DOWNSIDE! It did not come with all the mats (light, standard, strong grip), it only came with the blue light grip mat. I had to go buy the cricut brand mats from michaels, so that was annoying.

    Becareful paying extra for Bundle
    Very well packaged but i did not receive any of the vinyl or tools. The machine itself is great and im very excited to use it but i paid for the Bundle. The box was supposed to be delivered to our side door . The outer package was labeled cricut . Im just glad i got home right after it was delivered or porch pirates would have had a cricut. We received quickly and i was very hesitant to order online for walmart. last time took a month and it was supposed to come in 3 days. Machine is great just didnt receive any of the Bundle .

    HA HA. mines in the trash
    i have used the industrial cutters with awesome results. then i sold them all and retired, wanted a small cutter for odds and ends, but this thing is the worst i have ever used it is so miserable to try an use im seriously thinking of throwing it in the garbage. i cant tell you how much i hate the machine. the program that you use to design the work is total junk. and then they charge you a hundred buck to get any kind of fonts you might be able to work with. save your money and buy a real vinyl cutter not the pretty designer color c--p. thanks cricut for such junk.

    I ordered this on Monday the 22 when the Black Friday sale started. It arrived Wednesday. It was packaged nicely in the Circut box, then in another box then in a larger Walmart box. I was impressed how well it was packed. Easy set up and demo cut was awesome. Can't wait for my heat press to come in next week.

    My first project
    Great product and easy to use. I purchased the silhouette studio 3 and it was very difficult to use. I returned it and purchased this Cricut. I love it! Once you register the machine, Cricut will offer a optional class that shows you how to use the machine and create projects. I was able to create my first project without the class because its so easy. There are a variety of colors for this model but they were sold out, and they were more expensive. I do not like the color but I purchased this color because it was the cheapest.

    I love it!
    So far so good!! It is not compatible with the knife blade!! You don't have to buy cricut brand vinyl! You will however be expected to pay$10 a month to use all the goodies in the cricut design space.
