    Wires came in mail bent and turquoise insert fell out ... had to glue back in. Clasp hook hard to do cuz wire bent and thin. Cute earrings and wearable even after all that. U get what you pay for

    Appalled
    I gave one start for the FedX Delivery. As for the ear rings I purchased they look nothing like the picture they are not worth the price I paid. They are plastic stones. Extremely disappointed!! I want a refund. I am a Walmart customer for well over twenty years. I am Appalled !! Please respond Thank you

    Disappointed in the way it was packed and damaged
    Very small, but pretty. I would have given 5 stars, but they were packed terribly in a flat UPS envelope, with no protection, other than the little satchel they were in. One of the hooks was bent slightly crooked, the other was smashed flat to the side, and in a way that I couldn't open it without compromising the small hook it clips into. I contacted Walmart right away in a chat window, and was told I'd receive an email in 24-48 hours, I still have not heard from anyone (Thur. 4/2-Sun. 4/5). I waited until now to try to straighten the stem and the tiny hook, definitely felt like it was going to break off.
