Everything you need to get started!
This crochet kit is really comprehensive considering it is a beginners kit. It comes with 2 crochet hooks and a thread needle. It has 5 hanks of yarn and instructions. The instructions are very detailed with lots of colored photos to show exactly how it's done. Easy to follow along with, our 8 year old did the chain stitch right away. Looking forward to getting more crochet stitches under our belt so we can make one of the many designs included in the descriptions. Wonderful way to spend time with our children and helps give them a break from electronics. This kit is perfect.

Yarn is way too thin for chunky Crochet-Needles
I would not recommend the 4M Easy-To-Do Crochet Kit to anyone who's trying to learn how to crochet or a Beginner who's done a bit before. It comes with 5 Spools of skinny Yarn, yet with 2 chunky plastic Needles (both the same size) and an oversized plastic sewing Needle. First of all, why are both Crochet-Needles the same size? For different Projects different Needle sizes are needed. And for chunky Crochet-Needles such as the ones included, the Yarn is too thin and makes crocheting harder or the Project too loose. The Yarn also kept getting caught on the Needle because the Plastic isn't entirely smooth. I ended up finishing my little Sample Flower with one of my Traditional Metal-Crochet-Needles. Overall, the Yarn is nice, however as it comes with the chunky same-sized plastic Needles I cannot recommend the 4M Easy-To-Do Crochet Kit.

    Easy to learn to crochet
    I received my Crochet, opened it, and there various colors to work with and a few sizes of plastic crochet hooks to choose from (and other items). I did some small things and liked doing the bracelets, and some crocheting. Was fun to do with several other girls (Nieces and granddaughter). We had loads of fun! (they took theirs with them when they left) I liked the one they made that looked like a daisy...

    Pretty good starter kit
    I got this kit for my 8 year old daughter who is totally new to crocheting and as an experienced crocheter, I could help wherever needed as she moved through the project. Average directions on stitches, patterns are for magic ring to make granny squares for a coaster, placemats, and a purse. The yarn is colorful, but rough, and the tools are made for smaller hands which made it easier for her. I would like to have seen variations to the patterns, but it's not a deal breaker. I would recommend it to families who have someone experience with crocheting just to help work through.

    Great kit for kids!
    I recently recieved the “4M Easy-To-Do Crochet Kit.” I was super excited to get this kit because I have been wanting to learn how to crochet. This set claims to teach children the fundamentals of crocheting so I figured it would be something easy for me to learn too! You are able to create three items with the included supplies such as a coaster, a hand bag, a placemat or a belt. This kit comes with two crochet hooks, one plastic needle and seven colors of yarn. The 14 page book shows you how to do three different crochet projects. The yarn colors that you get are purple, yellow, pink, blue and green. I really liked that this kit came with flipped instructions to teach left-handed people as well because my daughter is left-handed and she was able to follow along right with me. The instructions were really well written and easy to follow even for my 12-year-old. My daughter was really excited to learn these patterns because she wanted to give out handmade gifts for Christmas this year. The crochet hooks were a little small for my hands but they were a good size for a child's. Bottom line, this was a great little kit.

    Nice project, two hooks provided
    This is a well made set that provides your child with two plastic crochet hooks, 5 spools of yarn, a plastic needle and instructions for either left or right handed learners. My daughter enjoyed starting this project but the instructions might not be enough for a child, I showed her how to start and then she watched some YouTube videos, to visually understand how to create the first chain of stitches. It would be great if this set could come with a link to the company's videos on how to start the project. We liked the double crochet hook so we were able to work together and I was able to show my daughter the first steps.

    Very educational kit
    My stepdaughter and I absolutely loved learning how to crochet thanks to this kit. It has everything you need to start: 2 hooks, yarn, and instruction manual. We made a beautiful purse. Next up is a placemat. I like that all I needed to get was just scissors. Great way to start learning to crochet.

    This easy to do crochet kit has 5 different colors of yarn, 2 plastic crochet hooks and a plastic needle contained in the package. You also get easy to understand instructions included. You can make a fashionable handbag, potholders, coasters, placemat or whatever else you choose. My color yarn included pink, green, blue, yellow and lavender. I would say if you have kids or grandkids they would have lots of fun learning to crochet with this nice kit., plus you can learn 3 different work projects.     My daughter is beginning to crochet. She doesn't quite know all of the steps but loves and enjoys doing it. I thought this kit would be perfect for her. This is awesome for a beginner. Everything that you need to begin or to at least begin to try to crochet is in the box. The beautiful colors of yawn. It even comes with a instructional manual for beginners to help then with different things and creations that they can make. Even bracelets and necklaces. I'm going to even be purchasing a kit for myself. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone.

    My daughter wanted to learn how to sew as well as crochet. The 4M Easy-To-Do Crochet Kit is a perfect beginners set for her. The set comes with easy to read and understand instructions along with two hooks, yarn, and a plastic needle to keep kids safe. I can't wait to see all that she's able to create.
