Chairs Rusted With 30 Days
Dissapointed! These chairs are not ideal for Florida; both chairs rusted within the first 30 days. Worked with the company and recieved a refund.

    The quality control is lacking. There is a manufacturing defect in both chairs, in the same place. We are in contact with the costway We have not made an agreement. It seems they do not want me to return the chairs to the store. They offered me a discounted price. Not interested. Also in assembly of chairs. If I did not have a 12" channel lock and a 2nd person to help me, I would never have gotten them together.

    Don't waste your time!
    I should have read the reviews before we bought these. These are not standard size - they seem to be made for a child/teen. Also, the support bar under the seat presses into your bottom and is extremely uncomfortable. Very poor design. Also, after a light rain, they already started to rust after one time. Unfortunately, we had to disassemble and fit back into the box and return to the seller less $55 shipping.

    Do not order these chairs. I ordered back in June as a gift. They were delivered without hardware. We have been waiting for them to send a bag of the screws but they say there are none in warrhouse now they want us to go to hardware store and get our own with a 25.00 credit. Even if we did that the screws will not match the color if the chairs. We paid over 400.00 dollars for these chairs and yes we did get a 50.00 credit but the chairs are useless. Running out of patients!!

    DON'T BUY
    When it arrived, one of the screws (already in place) fell out for the bottom brace. One of the bolts for the bottom side of the seat was not properly bored out, so when you inserted the bolt, it would strip the bolt (tried with multiple bolts), and finally, when I got the whole thing assembled (minus the stripped bolt and missing screw), I sat down on the mess and it immediately ripped out of the frame (I'm 5'8" - 170 lbs). Working with them to get my money refunded or to return these. Absolute junk.
