Amazing! Heavy duty! Beautiful!
Once my husband open the box he was floored because there is so many peices. LOL Took him about 2 hours to built. It is beautiful, so worth the price. Its heavy duty and I love the color! Take your time building it. The box came broken I thought it would be broken pieces but it was also wrapped good.

Desk with NO screws to put together!!
Desk came without screw package to put together and they wanted me to accept a $30 credit and go shop at Home Depot for screws.

    Upset
    There were no instructions or hardware in the box to set up the desk. Very upset. Plus box was all torn up, very raggedy when deliveried. FedEx said their company received it that way. As I said I am so very upset. The customer service rep (Christian) was very helpful, calm me down and said he would try and help me with my problem. He understood my situation with professionalism.

    read the instructions, all will be well.
    if you do read the instructions first then read them as you do step by step its basically easy. separate all wood pieces, and follow the directions per word. time start to finish about 4 hours. I'm sitting at it right now. love it.

    Misleading stock photo
    Good desk, but stock photo is extremely misleading. It's more of a deep, dark espresso rather than a cinnamon cherry color. Very dark.

    Drawers broke within first two months
    I bought this desk at the end of August, and the front drawer has already broken off. The drawers never rolled smoothly upon installation. Furthermore, the specifications are a bit odd. For example, the spaces under neath the shelf area are just slightly too short to really fit anything in there for storage (like a keyboard). Also, theres a hole in the back for wires but the placement makes little sense given the width of the shelves. So while this desk looks nice in the pictures, I have been very displeased with it.

    waste of money
    I just put this desk up 3 weeks ago for my work from home job and it was a waste of money. I spent countless hours putting this desk together for it to fall apart. You can't scoot across carpet 2 inches without it falling apart and breaking. the drawers are falling out. I want a refund ASAP!

    I needed a desk for work but a couple things I was looking for. I wanted it to be on the smaller size but still have drawers and storage. I also needed enough room on the top for 2 monitors and a laptop. This desk exceeded ALL expectation. It is very solid. I was shipped a defective screw but customer service (through the company now Walmart) responded to my email within 24 hours and refunded me some money to buy a screw from a local hardware store. The instructions were super easy to follow. Overall, I could not be happier with the desk or the customer service I received.
